Neisha … can you post a video this week on how to help military wives with reducing gestational diabetes.. even when eating clean it’s still happening to some women and they want you and Ken to help them navigate a healthy pregnancy they are clean keto and even two are carnivore mostly and not even 30 years old . Can you link them a video or talk about this topic please I feel so bad for them and the amount of stress this has caused.. hoping yall can make them a video being you specialize in keto carnivore and motherhood!!!! Thank you so much .. and it’s just horrible that they are dealing w doctors that keep insisting on drinking and retesting so often the glucose syrup Gross 🤢 and we have aired your videos where you talk about your experience w these test and refusing to poison your body and baby but these dam military doctors aren’t listening and w tricare military insurance they are strapped to go outside of the coverage for anyone else that understands keto carnivore and pregnancy they are just being told it’s normal and a percentage of all women even those who eat healthy develop gestational diabetes. Ok so if that’s a thing and it could be… can you make a video on how to reduce your risk of the things that could happen like early labor placenta issues? Pre-eclampsia etc cord issues or any of these things they are terrifying these ladies and shedding no light on what else they can control .. when in fact the diets are clean.. so is there other things they can do beside staying active to use up over production of insulin and keep eating zero sugar keto carnivore And low carb they definitely have been ling time viewers and most eat meat and eggs very little vegg.. and no fruit or processed crap so what else can you recommend!! We air your channel on many military bases and in several health and wellness programs it’s been a huge blessing.. Ken always take the time to help our troops .. This time we need help from Mama Bear ! Thank you so much Neisha !! We knw your extremely busy with your groups and the farm and kids and want to thank you ahead of time. The KZbin format is the best way for us to reshare the information as it is plugged into our tech support team and they can fwd it to Cuba California Yuma Az Camp Lejeune etc. Without issues . We definitely recommended them to join your one in one.. platforms but we would be so grateful if you could help these military members and wives. ! Ok here is my comment. I love watching people put on their makeup. My Mom was an opera singer (Rita Hunter if you want to look her up here on KZbin) and I used to watch her put on her makeup before a show all the time. As a kid, I used to lay out all her makeup for her. She died in 2001 and since becoming a carnivore on 1 January this year, it is not lost on me that eating meat would have helped her so much. So here I am, watching you do your makeup and being reminded of some very relaxing and happy times in my life. You and your husband mean a great deal to me. For me it goes WAY beyond the carnivore lifestyle. It boils down to the wonderful people that you are. I will be trying to catch you in a Monday Live very soon so that I can say hello to you properly. I adore you both very much and I hope, one day, to meet you both so that I can give you both the biggest hug you guys have EVER had!!!!

I totalt agree, having hobbys is such a great thing. While my kids were little I viewed cooking and working out in the gym as my hobby’s. I also did a little bit of painting. Now I’ve also started reading books, having a tiny vegetable garden in spring/summer/fall, and doing wood carving. I’ve been wanting these last days to get out my knitting things again as well😄 I feel having hobby’s to enjoy in my free time, after work, gives my life a bigger sense of purpose❤️🥰

Damsel - it did start slow, i wanst paying much attention and then when he went to walk her and the bridge…it caught my attention…the the end when 🔥 it talked and the story. It made it good. Hello Neisha! I actually am not into beauty products but do like everything else you talk about. I just skip the beauty products parts. I occasionally use makeup but not very often. I just have the basics, so I use a moisturizer, and then a foundation and that’s pretty much it. Eyeshadow looks weird on me so I don’t use it. I have been trying to teach myself piano for a year, but recently a lady from church offered to give me piano lessons for free. So I took her up on it. We started around the second week in January. I started from the beginning. I can spend an hour or more if I have time practice. She says I am doing well. Hope you are all feeling much better! God’s blessings!

We had that same stomach bug run through our house like wildfire. It took me out the most. And I was carnivore for 2 months before that (due to health issues) and I couldn't get back on track. The thought of eating meat put my stomach in knots. All I wanted was a slice of toast. Now I'm slowly digging myself out of carbs and into at the very least ketovore because I flared up my eczema from all that none sense . 😳 I love outlander! Though I listen to her books on audible because I love the accents the lady does and it's so calming.

Super fun little chat thanks so much. Love your eyebrows they're gorgeous. If you can get your hands on a copy of green mansions it's a very interesting book. Written a long time ago and made into a movie in the '50s or '60s. It's about a man who falls in love with forest spirits. I found it in the dollar bin at Barnes & Noble years ago so not sure how available it is anymore.

I LOVED The Gentleman! Love Guy Richie projects. Love his sense of humor. That brow laminate looks great. I might need to try it. You and I use a lot of the same beauty products!
