I purchased sonet htk o 3 months back, i did test drive of 3xo and sonet on same day. Kia did multiple follow ups and i didn't even get a single call from mahindra. Regards to first service it was good. But one thing i noticed in both sales and service of kia, is they are forcing customer to give 10/10 rating and following us to rating. This kind of influencing.

Actually 3XO was launched and lots of people are visiting mahindra, whereas Kia Sonet is old and not that much enquiries. So kia is having a easy time following it up with customers.

KIA la, price breakup and insurance clarification pathala bro. Insurance is free in the scheme nu soldranga but overall on road cost la it is part of the deal thaan. Extended warranty, basic kits and Insurance should be optional.

When I was in US 8 years before ,Indians buy only Toyota , Honda and Nissan cars.I had Honda civic and Nissan Altima as well. People don’t believe Korean cars. When I returned to India I was totally surprised to see Hyundai is no 2 and Kia also selling well than Japanese cars.Still I have same mindset on Korean cars personally I don’t buy in future too. No hate just my view . Btw here I bought magnite turbo without test drive as well and blindly trusted Nissan . So far I am happy with my car

@@sbmohankumarpsg88 poor choice....it's 1 litre engine for such a big car... atleast Mahindra is doing better with 1.2 litre engine....even Citroen and tata has 1.2 litre turbo...just my view bro...Hyundai cars were built with quality than maruthi..... maruthi success after Alto is with Swift diesel engines which is developed by Fiat... don't blindly hate any brands....also it depends on the sales person too, 😂

I am owning 2Kia seltos, 1 of my car upon reaching 135,000km my kia seltos engine spoiled, it happened due to coolent oil not properly changed during th 12th service and the level was too low after 5 to 6days from the date of service.when contacted their service manager about the low level they told me to topup the balanec with normal water and this caused the actual problem. Requested kia india to provide some explanation regards to the issue, waited around 25days still no proper response from kia india. For each services they charge around 20 to 30k still this happenes due to poor technicians and customer service. The 2nd one reached 190,000km, its dpf spoiled and they charged 159,000k just to replace it. Their technicians strongly saying that no prentive or alternative options to check and clear before the entire dpf goes spoil. Worst #dontbuykia

Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta are eating into each others' market with each facelift. These two are ruling the mid size SUV market. With more service touch points, Hyundai has an edge over Kia. That's the reason for Seltos sales down.

I bought a Kia Sonet iMT a few months back in Chennai. I had the same experience as what the guest explained. In delivery, everything was good in Chennai. But I first booked in Thanjavur and they couldn't deliver for 2 months. They blamed the election in AP where Kia manufactures their cars. Service and hospitality were good in both Thanjavur and Chennai. I test drove Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, and Sonet. Tata had poor hospitality and niggles in the vehicle, so couldn't trust them. Venue and Sonet felt similar. The features and look was better in Sonet for me.

Don't believe korean brands ever. Technology looks like superior but the quality of product will be never at par with japanese or german brands... Especially Hyundai kedi pasanga... We knew them in Engg division itself. Automobiles sollavey theva illa.. they buy materials at very cheap cost from China and re label it that made in korea and sell with double price thats the reason to give useless multi tech features. Our guys easily get compromised by seeing these things...
