I’m using RS-R’s on my 2013 GS 350, it’s very stiff. I wish it took high bumps better. But I’m overall happy with them.

Good to know it is very stiff. I was going to go with those, maybe I'll get the Tanabes instead.

Happy New Year. I'm driving my GS-F during the winter - F it lol. I think it's low enough. I do scrape my front and exhaust tips when I enter gas station and parking lots.

yass123 where do you live???? Is ur GSF lowered???? Now on stock hight I don’t scrape anywhere. But it’s to high for me the front end needs to go down a little.

Bullets Garage Brooklyn Not lowered. Have you seen the height of the GS350's AWD? Those need to be lowered ASAP. Might be because of the AWD drive system.

Just came across your vid. Very good information. I have a 2015 Riviera Red GS 350 and went with Tanabe NF210 Spring Kit and H&R 15mm spacers because I wanted the normal feel I have now driving my car. All of the reviews I read about Tanabe were positive and you just verified this with your comments. I'm about to throw about $5,000 into my car: 1. Rejuvenation Polish - $375 2. Xpel Ultimate + PPF "Insane Package - $2,000 3. GTeching CI/Exo Ceramic Coating - $800 4. Painted F-Sport logo on calipers - $300 5. Tinted windows (ceramic) to include front windshield - $650 6. Alloy wheels rejuvenation with ceramic coating - $725 7. Installation of Tanabe springs and spacers - Free because I getting all of the work done at one location. My car will be bangin' after all of this work is completed.

I would just get the spring that lowers the front the least amount. And then I would leave the back how it is. Give it a nice face down ass up stance. Then I would put white decals on rims and. Get a ghost tune to make it sound cammed. Watch out camaro boys this way u only have to replace 2 blows shocks.
@BulletsGarage
@BulletsGarage 6 жыл бұрын
Shocks don’t blow as easily as you think.
@BulletsGarage
@BulletsGarage 6 жыл бұрын
Greg Panchovilla I will do the fronts first since they are very easy. And then the back and I will most likely put a spare rubber spacer on top of the stock one In the rest so that way it will only lower it instead of .7 maybe .5. N it will be perfect
@improvingthelexicon
@improvingthelexicon 6 жыл бұрын
good call on the spacers, any idea if just lowering the front end is a viable option, at least to the height of the rear
@BulletsGarage
@BulletsGarage 6 жыл бұрын
i dont see why not. only thing you will have to do is pro adjust the headlights since they will be point low after dropping just the front

I was going to go with rsr's but now you got me thinking.. if you go with rsr's with some 20's it maybe a better setup to avoid rubbing since the spring rates are stiffer... there is a slight difference in ride height in front but its negligible...
@BulletsGarage
@BulletsGarage 6 жыл бұрын
Justin Price rsr is only slightly stiffer but it lowers the rear more then the tanabe. So with the reverse rake the car has and being lowered more in the back ur more likely to rub with the rsr unless ur running a skinny tire.
@Notafsport
@Notafsport 6 жыл бұрын
Bullets Garage well I’m not looking to lower till spring so hopefully you can provide a review on the ride quality of the tenabe...
@BulletsGarage
@BulletsGarage 6 жыл бұрын
Since the spring rates of the tanabe are 5% stiffer then stock I can tell u know for sure the tanabe will be a smoother ride then the rsr. And give you a better drop going of the numbers and how the stock hight is of our GSF. I’m not gonna be doing the install until the spring also. My GSF is sleeping in that garage for the winter

I’m not good in math but if the tanabe are 5% stiffer and we know the specs. If we subtract 5% from those stats. We should get the factory avg spring rates. But Siri is not answering me otherwise I would tell you
