If we eliminate all recycling with exception to metals 'aluminum, copper, stainless, ect' it would streamline collection & have a huge improvement on litter and loose plastics, ect.. landfills are a clean, safe, energy environment when done properly. Then the methane gas will provide clean energy for years

I did that for our Jewish neighborhood in Pittsburgh... they bring a bunch of trash & burn stuff. Im catholic so i didn't understand what they doing
