GSS-2000 Universal Gear Shift Sending Unit Mounting

I am using this with a 4l60e, works perfect however, i have set up my single leds and programmed it, but when its operating the leds are all on and the gear i am in slightly brighter. Is this correct, as i have wired the DIM to my parkers like in wiring diagram but when they are on the others shine so bright you cant tell what gear you are in. So should it be wired to the actual cluster dimmer or is there something wrong?

What about when using a Lokar shifter. I understand that I am supposed to buy a Kugel nut. I can't seem to find what that is and how it will work.

Hi I bought the wrong indicator I bought one for Overdrive but it's for a 350 turbo I've got the whole kit if skip fitting the overdrive cable will that show drive second and first

Hello Frank, Yes, this GSS-2000 is capable of being used either with, or without overdrive. When programming the gears, just skip the overdrive step.

Hey there, This should be possible, we would suggest starting with the included universal mounting bracket.

Thanks for the message, As long as you can connect to a shift linkage and utilize at least half of the travel of our sensor, it could certainly be adapted to work. Thanks!
