Expecting a top speed of 170+ on this little beast

170+ is a reasonable asking for the current setup, not sure about the gps speed tho. I am expecting about 160+. Still a good number for a mild upgrade.

19.5hp with that set up is kind of underpower I guess, here in PH we can generate 23hp from stock internals without camshafts, and also 10300 rpm is not the rev limit for that, it can run up to 13500rpm, yes 13500rpm, well if you won't believe try finding videos about raider150fi videos here in Philippines

I am not sure which part are u commenting on, but the 19.3hp is the old setup. 21.4 is the latest one. And u are right, the number is still a little low, because ive seen 24hp on one of my buddy's bike with the same setup. However, I dont want to quick to judge as I am taking my time to ride with the current setup. Dyno machine from different places may have different load configurations so ill make my judgement based on my track and twisties rides. So far, it provides me with what I need and I got it on videos. Ill put it out as soon as possible. Thanks for taking ur time to watch my video.

Throttle body could still get an upsize. We use 36mm on track raider 150 fi, which uses the same engine on that bike. Easily would get you another horsepower or two

Yes, I was contemplating on getting the 36mm TB but I chose to go with 34mm instead because I wanted to go up bit by bit since this is my project/track bike so I wanted to have a "step-by-step" upgrades so Ill have better ideas in what I am putting on my bike and the different power each mods provides. Im sure the bigger parts (with more money), i could have more power, but lets see which one like better for my track needs. Thanks for taking your time to watch my video buddy.

21.4 sounds a bit underpowered, mods like that for us here would make around atleast 23-24hp. Then again that also depends on the different setups of the engine and dynos are a huge factor too, great bike and great video man

Exactly, i was thinking of the same thing but what u said is correct, the dyno setup plays a big role. My friend and I had a similar engine setup, and he dynoed his bike at a different place with a different dyno machine and he got 23.6hp I was a bit bummed out to see the numbers but when we went to test the bikes on highways and track, it basically performs the same so right now, I am pretty satisfied with my bike and as long as the AFR is tuned just right and healthy, its all good. Xjugak, maybe sama kat top, sb saya x increase cut off, still maintain kat 13k rpm. So top maintain dalam 178kmh cuma duration nk ke top speed tu, lebih cpt...maybe lepas ni kena set sprocket yg lebih sesuai utk weekend

my one levels out at 144 kmph , not sure if there is a limiter or not .. stock ..no mods on mine yet .. rpm hits 13k upto gear 4 .. but on gear 5/6 i notice it runs at around 7/8 k

Nice upgrades bro! But isn't the stock injector already at 190cc/min capacity? Maybe it'd be better off running that instead of the aftermarket 160cc?

Hmm, I need to check this out. I cant find the injector spec anywhere in the manual and on the internet. If this is true, then, i will change it back up to 190cc. If you have any link that I can refer to, that would be great. Thanks buddy.

@@Hitman4President I think I've read or watched a video somewhere about the specs. It's also common here in Philippines for Raider Fi (Satria) owners to swap GSX injectors because of its bigger capacity, or so they say. Anyways do let me know if you find more info about it. how many compression ratio you got with that dome piston? oh btw, what camshaft did u use?

I believe, it is 13:1 and if not mistaken, stock is about 11 something...so it is a signifcant increase

my standard engine Modenas Pulsar RS200 makes around 25 hp after porting makes around close to 28 hp at 10747 Rpm, Torque 19 N.m.

I bought it from a local shop here in Malaysia (IG: Palex Motorparts). But I have to say, Aracer is in short supply now. My friends are looking for the ecu too but they cant get it.
