Hi. Geek Street. Thanks for the video. I’ve set up my GT Omega frame. I also found an un-expected bonus. If you put the additional L shaped bar horizontally instead of vertically into the frame and tighten it up. Then you can slide one or two of your office chair wheels into the gap created. So no matter how hard you press the brake the chair cannot move backward and the rig cannot move forward. I thought I’d share this simple tip with your viewers.

Just a heads up. If you, like me, are wondering why the hell you do not have the pedal stand placeholders, double check which stand you have. I own the Classic, not the Omega, and this is one difference of a few. Thanks though! This video still no doubt helped, but was a few small differences.

This was the most informative review I've seen on this stand. It's a nice bonus that it comes with 2 shifter mounts, I won't be using a shifter (the thrustmaster t150 shifter add on is crazy expensive) but I do plan on using this stand as a HOTUS setup as well so the stick and throttle will go where the shifter would be. I was confused as to what actually came with it, I thought one mount or the other but not both so thanks for clearing that up. Should be here today and now I'm more excited than before I watched your review.

The wheel base plate doesn’t stay straight at low heights. Only the back 2 screws go in the hole so it keeps moving around.

I think the holes in the wheel and pedal box stands/mounts are meant to be used to screww directly into the pedlas and wheelbase...dont think I would put this together like this :-)

The DIWANGUS one is more compact/lightweight, so it's good if you're moving it around often and you don't need to build anything - you just take it out of the box and it's pretty much ready to use. The Omega Classic definitely looks to have a much better build quality though and looks more worth it considering the prices are identical.

1. you should'nt be pulling back on the steering wheel. your driving, not flying 2. your shifters resistance may be too high or your just yanking it too hard. the frame with the pedals attached should be heavy enough to stay on the ground

I have this same stand, although there is a slight difference in the shifter stand. It does give you options to screw in both the wheel and the pedals, although I noticed only two of the holes on the stand line up to holes on the pedals.

@@Ghostsoulless I have the G920, the XBox One version. I think the G29 is the PS4/PS5 version. From what I've gathered, the pedals are the same, but the wheels are slightly different in the controls. I think the size of the wheels are the same. The pedals do hold securely to the wheel stand. I was just surprised, given the number of options on the stand and the pedals, that more screws didn't line up. That being said, it does work and securely holds the pedals.

Thanks for the vid. I’ve got a wheelstand pro. I know the centre bar is not ideal, but I can position the wheel in the ideal position for me. Having just 2 Gt and 1 F1 position is very limiting. Particularly as I have long legs. I’m guessing the wheel would be to far away to use comfortably.
