An interesting myth, having a distant but unreachable observer stalking your every move. However, the fact that this myth is from the early days of the game just proves your point about it being nothing more than lights attributed to the wrong source.

i have seen a white light landing.. getting connected to moon..sort of a jet or a ufo landing on moon. and then suddenly the stars disappeared. cause it was daylight. in gta sa defintiive edition.
