GTA 3 | Randomized Cops Vs Peds #3 | Chinatown (PC)

Using the Rainbomizer Mod, pedestrians with weapons attack the cops who are (trying) to attack me. However, the cops are randomized resulting in either the Army, FBI, SWAT, or the Standard Cops turning up no matter what wanted level i have, and even their weapons will be random. Although the army tends to only use grenades for some reason here. Civilian peds are randomized and can also be disguised as cops etc. as a feature of the Rainbomizer Mod.
For this episode we go to Chinatown to cause some chaos. This location was suggested by Omar Azyeri.

With Pedestrians have weapons cheat activated, I make peds fire weapons towards the cops and other peds at times too. God mode mod is also active (so no damage taken).
I also may have changed the pedestrian stats so that nobody fears Claude, and so that they may also act differently to what they normally would for more interesting results lol.

GTA 3 helicopters have the most annoying sound in the world.
