@vjhy make sure "handling.dat" has "read only" unticked in properties, then open with notepad and replace the full handling line and save, will work now. Replacing over different cars will give slightly different handling.

@GMTzoRiioNz this is the max amount of smoke you can get in the game. There is no "smoke" setting, so it's not something you can change. The smoke is produced because the handbrake is actually locking the rear wheels.

yes the original lines have many spaces, but you dont need that as long as you have just 1 space between the lines its ok, so dont worry if it looks different to the others once you paste it.

@TheTomichon backup any file before you change it. right click handling.dat and untick "read only" then apply then open handling.dat with notepad then just copy and paste the handling line over any car you like driving.

@justskate1111 any car can be converted to RWD, GT-ST skylines are RWD, GTR's are 4WD, for the sake of this video the car is a GTR but lets just say its setup to run RWD only ;-)

@lastenaufzug right click on "handling.dat" and select properties make sure you untick "read-only" and then click apply. Now try and add the handling line and save it, this should work now.

@johnathan992 No, you can add this line to any cars, however some will be better using the handling line that others due to other factors not included in the handling line.

@css172 i like 3 for its cool looks and new tricks and camera angles buts the aura of a skyline on the streets and off limits areas at night and the precision and how you didnt hit anything in this video showing prefect timing and skill of drifing so close to the objects like 3/4'th of a centemeter away from hitting it is awesome and 4 was realy good too with the gumball machine, the bird, and the fire hydrant but this is just prefect, if you made one like this with a red 1997 rx7 would rock

@mikedejeuner yes my game works fine with addng cars using spark iv, I'm on version 1.0.0.7 but it worked with older version for me too. I replace modded cars over original cars like turismo or infernus.

@vjhy to find out the version of GTA 4 you have go to main GTA 4 folder and right click on "GTAIV.exe" select properties then details. Then download the right version of spark iv for you. I use SparkIV 0.6.9 with GTA 4 version 1.0.7.0 hope that helps.

1. Within about 2-3 days i had the full track planned and an idea in my head for this video. 2. Obviously this took several attempts to get right, roughly 2-3 days of gameplay. This video is a series of drift clips cut and edited together to look like one continuous shot. thx for your support.

@skull9186 change the car to supergt and replace over this model, using the handling line provided i think it works best for drifting. But you can replace any car with this handling line and with custom cars you can replace any model you want.

You need the PC version and gta video editor to edit the camera angles. Then final editing was done using Sony Vegas Pro.

@EminemBeastFan24 handling line is same as i used in the video. It depends what car model you replaced it over, try the superGT or Turismo, it takes a lot of practise to drift it but once u get it in the sweet spot u can do some nice drifts. Skylines rule!!! Song - Liquid Child - Diving Faces
