Biggest problem with the heists is it’s basically impossible to level up poor gunmen. In the jewel store job, they’ll crash into a wall and die, in the paleto bay job they get crushed by a cop car and die, and the FIB raid is second to last so they won’t level up very much. You basically have to start with either Packie or Gus

In my team I'll go with Rickie 4%: His resourceful even from start to end - Noob to Pro He'll have some increasing skills from the jewelry/bureau Heist and the big score Packie 12% and Chef 12% : Packi is worth it and if you use him as a the gunman in the paleto score heist you will able to hear the heist that he did with Niko,(Michael different one). While chef his worth it as like packie, Being Trevors friend his experience also Karim 8% and Talianna 5%: Karim my be an idiot from the Jewelry heist but yet if you use him his trust worthy. For talianna she's a pro i would imagine if we can use her at the jewelry heist

You can't use Taliana as the driver on the first heist, her random event only gets unlocked later on the story. Karim is the best choice fir the first heist seeing as he doesn't die and the heist plays the same except that he gets lost in Tunnels once. After that first heist, he gets upgraded and becomes a better member and still keeps his low cut of 7%.

I would prefer to choose Norman for the FBI raid. Then take him back as Gunner 1 for the Big Score, he will be better accompayning Michael, and Packie as the second, he will cover Franklin and his skills worth the price.

Tip: In the Jewelry Heist, shoot the glass with your gun so he doesn´t need to do the animation of breaking the glass. It may be milliseconds, but everything sums.

Big tip save up all of your money to the mission where you race Molly at the Airport and she dies. After that the Los Santos Airport stocks will crash but they will quickly rise up i did it with Franklin gave me a 111% Profit so more than Twice my money back. And you don't have to do 100 saves for this to work.

Yeah, just sleep a few times with Trevor (12hr each time) Drive to Dollar pills in a 4 door. If he's not there just drive a block or two away and return. I did it with Franklin before the Jewelry Store heist but came on a bike and as I tried to jack a passing car I must have pissed Packie off because he started shooting me and his blip turned red.

Technically youre just looking for themost money then you want the extra idiot crew to die (when the driver crashes use franklins power and it makesit easier to pick up his end of the score. Then you have the other guy pinned by the cops and take their end of the score. And youve amost doubled franklins profit on those 2 missions alone. Then its all about packie and the female driver.
