Hulk can thunderclap downward, allowing him to fly basically, he did it in the fight with superman, and he gave him a devastating punch when he came in with the thunderclap, plus hulk doesn't die even when ripped apart.

So they can fly, but They have to get close to hit, so his reaction speed is so fast
