Hulk can thunderclap downward, allowing him to fly basically, he did it in the fight with superman, and he gave him a devastating punch when he came in with the thunderclap, plus hulk doesn't die even when ripped apart.

That a fanmade +Thunder claps is not a free fly flight so he would be super slow super restricted. Conquest can easily out speed him and punch him multiple times.

The more the Hulk is angry, the more stronger faster agile. He gets make him mad enough. He has the potential to have unlimited strength and speed. The Hulk is not mindless. Sure, he can be angry. That's his whole thing, but he's not an idiot. The Hulk can also jump past the Sun. And use thunderclap, to propel himself. So they can fly, but They have to get close to hit, so his reaction speed is so fast
