Welcome back to the series where I customize and review OG, and older DLC Vehicles from late 2015 and older that I was never able to make videos on. The reason I make these videos on these older cars is to provide my opinion on how they currently stack up to newer ones in-game. And ultimately, help you better decide on whether or not you should buy them when/if they go on sale.

The fog lights does not work on the Original Version/Old Gen/Last Gen (PS3/Xbox 360).I just wish the weird light customization on the Coquette and other cars like the Dubsta work too….

Fun fact: The real car (300SLR coupe) was built for the racing season in 1956 and never raced because Mercedes retired from motorsport after a serious accident in 1955. Because of that, the head of the testing department Rudolf Uhlenhaut used the car as his company car. Which is the reason why the car is named "Ulenhaut-Cupe". 8source: Mercedes-Benz

Based on the 300 SLR Ulhenhaut This car is my favourite and the sound is just nuts. You drive it down a hill, and just leave the gas....pure ear bliss PS. the rally lights work

Fun fact this car was originally going to be called the Feltzer classic as that was its beta name. And the name of the car is a homage to legendary F1 driver Stirling Moss who once drove a 300SLR to victory on the Millie Miglia one of the longest endurance races in the history of motorsport. Thanks for remind me of this car (I bought it when it got a discount last time). It may not be the best car nowadays, but it has a sentimental value for me, since it was the most expensive car I owned in last gen (OG players know how it was hard to get money back then!). To be honest, it worth each cent ^^

Back when it come out in 10th June 2015 in my time. After I bought it and customised it, I just loved everything about it. It drives really nice, and the sound was and is amazing. Except the spare tire which was completely unnecessary. Btw the rally lamps actually do work for the Stirling GT.

The foglamps do work surprisingly. Even some recent cars don't have working add on lights which makes me think Rockstar is just lazy sometimes. Also, the roll cage with modifications adds a racing fuel cell in the boot if I'm not mistaken. Also the real car has the spare wheel in the boot, so I guess that's Rockstar's reference to that.

ifruit app works for me. if your car doesn't appear, just order it for a different car. then you can just put it on the one you want after as it appears in the plate section

BTW the Video is incorrect on one point: There are two 300SLR Cupe's in the world. Both owned by Mercedes Benz. One only sits in the Museum in Stuttgart the other one is used rather frequently in classic car races such as the _Goodwood Festival of Speed._ IMO they should do a roadster/race version of too. Or an Up/Downgreat for Benies to the regular 300SL
