If you've already put in the work for the Online-related trophies on PS3/4 but don't want to do it again for the PS5 version of GTA5, you can import your character to the PS5 version and any online trophies you unlocked with that character will automatically unlock again, including the rank 100 one if you already had it.

Also, if you did all the stunt jumps in online, the trophy also auto pops when transfereing the character, allowing you to get all the trophies and only having to do 25 stunt jumps to get 100%

A good advice: in the social club you can see which activities are you missing and also which ones are not required for the 100%

Ever since I platinumed gta I feel really weird and sad because this was the most fun also challenging platinum I have ever gotten i don’t know what made it so fun the fact that it’s so much grind or the fact that me and my homies stayed until 3am playing gta story mode trying to get trophies and telling each other stories if i ever had the experience to go back in time the first thing would be to start grinding the gta platinum because it was so much fun

I am in the process of earning all GTA trophies. I returned after I abandoned the game in 2014. And so far, I enjoying the game much more than expected. There is a lot of grind, but the missions are varied and the world feels alive. I now get, why it is such a beloved game. I only need the 70 Gold medals (I got around 45 already and I will check out the guide you mentioned). Online is a little bit more. I am rank 49, and I need 30 Platinum medals. A tip: The Backseat Driver trophy is very easy, if you choose the «Criminal Record» map. The race track is in a circle around the prison. Set the laps to 1 and you are good.

I play on Xbox and attempt to get every game I own (digitally or on disc) up to 50% completion after I complete the main story + DLC. I feel like reaching the 50% margin makes me feel like I got my money’s worth from it. Although, with games I love and consider to be my favorites, I go for the 100%. This lets me enjoy the games I own and have fun with the ones I enjoy playing.

@@CopalGaming961 on PS, any trophies added after the games release are put into seperate categories. If they CAN be Platinumed, it’s not always. If you have a game with 50 trophies to be Platinumed and DLC adds another 10, those 10 would be their own list. On steam, you have to do All 60 to have it appear as a perfect game on your account. A month or so before the RE8 DLC was released, I had every achievement, but for some reason, the unfinished achievements for the DLC appeared as unearned, hard locking me to 90 something percent. Oh yeah, achievements you have no access to ALSO show up. If I bought Dark Souls 3 vanilla and wanted to platinum it, the DLC I wouldn’t own would prevent completion. And when Elden Ring DLC comes out, it won’t be on my perfect game list anymore. The good news is the game already has a Master Achieve so you’ll be able tell when you originally complete it. At least this applies to most games

I worked my tail off to get all the singleplayer trophies, and while I have a select few of the Online ones as well, I really have no interest to grind the rest of them. I don't enjoy playing GTA Online or the jerks going around killing everyone on sight, and ultimately that is what's going to keep me from ever getting this platinum trophy. GTA V is one of my favorite games of all time. Since it was released, I've 100% the game on literally every platform except for Xbox One and Series X|S, yet as much as I'd love to get the platinum, I just cannot be bothered with the online mode. Not only do I not like playing with other people (especially randoms), but the entire game mode just isn't fun. It's tedious and feels pay to win. It ends up feeling like a job, except instead of earning money, I give money. That's why I'll probably never platinum the game.

i got platinum 2-3 years ago and the most annoying were 70 gold medals, number one and collecting 30 nuclear barrels. The rest is in fact not complicated and more interesting than swimming underwater for a couple of hours through the entire map on a slow submarine, but I got platinum 2 times so I was satisfied after the first one and made a friend with him. Got platinum after 4 or 5 years playing GTA 5 and online

It took me so long to find out when going for gold medals you don’t need to do all the challenges in one mission run. The ones you miss you can go back for and not have to do the other challenges again and you will get the gold medal. I was unlucky not to discover this until I had about 5 missions left to gold medal so I was constantly replaying them trying to do them all at once

I got all doomsday trophies. it took quite a long time cause the friend group i did it with wasnt awake and on xbox that often. and the act 1 up to the final was so long, nobody ever joins the preps but they rush in for the finals of the act. At least half an hour waiting n each prep lobby

2024 here: I’m close to the Platinum, but I wanted to share with the community that trophies that were reported 10 years ago as being bugged, and in need of being in free roam mode, still happens to this day. I.E., the leveling trophies and, most importantly, the DECORATED trophy. Be very mindful of the latter (DECORATED) because there is a limit to the free roam attainable platinum medals. Do your study and have your 30th happen in free roam. In my case, it was the parachute drops (less than 40 meters). GL!

i was always a fan of GTA but after i didn't get the platinum trophy i deserved, i stopped playing i invested so much time and collected all the trophies. i completed the game at 100% but never received the "career criminal" trophy which would have been the last one i needed, even after a half year it still didn't pop up. i wrote to the support of GTA and proved everything with screenshots but they didn't help me and only told me to wait for future updates, which didn't change anything 🙄😡 so i wasted all my time for NOTHING, no career criminal trophy - no platinum trophy for me while it's clearly GTA's fault 😔 i'm really dissapointed

The fare one with Franklin is glitched for me. I haven’t had a single business call me with any of my characters even though I own them all and have played at least 30 hours after buying them all. The kiflom one is glitched for me as well. I bought the robes and haven’t received the email confirmation even after waiting a couple of days and I tried buying them multiple times.
