They added one in GTA Online called Daily Exotic Exports. You have to own an Auto Shop and have completed at least one Robbery Contract to get access to it. It lets you export 10 vehicles to the docks daily and acts like a random event.

I would’ve loved it if, for example, the cinemas you buy with Michael came alive after purchasing them: seeing more people standing around outside, the building looking better (cause the Ten Cent Theater looks abandoned), more lights, etc. Small changes like that gradually popping up after, say, the first three weeks of receiving your weekly income would make the game feel more alive.

I hope that if GTA VI has property managements, they are more like what we got in Vice City where you get full on proper extra missions. Maybe ones that can affect the story and the world around you. GTA V’s property managements just felt pointless.

I still find it strange that not all of these property management missions are considered hobbies and pass times like the Arms Trafficking ones are on the Rockstar Games Social Club or collecting all 30 nuclear waste is considered a miscellaneous task. The Nine Private Taxi Fare missions should have been at least since those can't be repeated once you complete each of them.

You have to leave the Lester assassination missions until after you complete the big score. It's the only way to get 2.1 billion for each character. Every Lester assassination mission affects certain companies in the ingame stock market. GTA Series Videos has a video on that, I highly recommend you watch it.
