No it’s the same, back in 2013 either the technology or rockstar themselves weren’t up to actually changing the dialogue based on what you did in the world at least for those therapy sessions, that was only in RDR2, I’d assume tho if therapy comes back in GTA6 it’ll be a bit more fleshed out.

When you say current game session do you mean the save file from the start of the game to the end or do you mean just from loading up the save after turning the console on? There is a variant when you have a good behavior and dont hurt anyone with michael and the therapist asks you about it, michael says he was good or something like that and before the therapist could talk i paused the game and load into a previous save because i was trying to trigger the dialogue where michael admits he slept with other women and i thought my game was glitched since michael said he was good (i confused the s*x dialogue with the one k*ll dialogue, the s*x one is after the k*ll dialogue) And when i realized i tried to trigger the dialogue again, even doing the exact same things i did, the dialogue just doesnt want to appear and there is no video about it. I cant be the only one please someone tell me im not crazy?????
