Chef is the best gunman for this one. The cops are not just dirty, they're also twisted law fanatics, Trevor and his co whacked the cops, noose and military in the same similar way as Trevor did on The Lost MC Club. Trevor destroyed the Lost MC club trailers and one gas station in this mission. Trevor won't hesistate to spread his wrath when he has to. It is almost impossible to find decent cops, like Vincent. Don't choose weak gunmen in the first heists.
