@3:22 we see the cars heading south bound. On vimap we see speculated islands. There would have to be some sort of looped road that ends up on the other side going northbound @3:22. Or else it would have to be a small town where the car AI's can have different directions. It would look silly if we were to follow the cars going south only for them come back on the other lane.
