I don’t know why people say that it’s the first GTA to be based on a state. I think you guys are forgetting about San Andreas the state of California in GTA five Los Santos was the city in San Andreas was the state.

I hope they put a lot into single player, personally I prefer single player too much modders online and they annoying af and I feels like Rockstar basically put all the cool stuff into online and forgot abt single player after the story there’s not really much to do
