What an awesome video! Fort Staunton is one of the most interesting places in GTA. It even has a unique appearance in GTA Advance, having military occupy the area. There's also the old train station tunnle that's based off the City Hall Loop in New York.

LCS is my least favorite GTA I've played but I did love how they shown how the construction started in the first place, probably one of my favorite LCS memories

It's probably my fav LC district mostly because of its tragic fate. I suppose it even inspired devs of the Yakuza series to make a story about a neighborhood to be demolished just to build a new skyscraper huh.

9:10 LCS & VCS wasn't made on RenderWare, it's R* San Diego's engine, called "AGE" (later R*SD upgrade him to RAGE engine). Main problem why, it's because EA purchased RW engine, Rockstar & EA was superiour companies. It's words by Obbe Vermeij, one of GTA 2 ~ GTA 4 developers.
