That's the best thing about the GTA series on PC. You're able to tweak the config file. Only bad thing about GTA4 on PC is Windows Live. Any way to get around that? I want to play GTA4 on PC just for the tweak-ability.

Man videos on modz in GTA IV really show how silly and fun the silliness of GTA OV was, people wanted GTA V but it's so fucking realistic IT'S BORING!!!! I mean honestly the cars just fucking..... Don't even get me started on that games boring physics. I miss just driving a Patroit/H2 and flipping cars over or in GTA IV:TBoGT just going on a killing spree with Health and Armor cheats with a APC....

What graphics card do you have? Are you running a laptop? Your system probably has 4GB of RAM and you either have a graphics card with an incorrect measurement of its onboard VRAM or it's counting shared memory as well, which is totally useless. Also, graphics cards have their own RAM, seperate from the system RAM. GPU RAM runs at much higher speeds. What CPU do you have? that could be severely limiting your performance.
