GTA 3 police helicopter is based on the bell 212 while the rest of ALL 3D Era games (VC/VCS and SA) are based on the bell 206 jet ranger

not possible at all. I managed to change game files by using IOS jailbreak.

its actually different, i used jailbreak for iphone and changed stuff from default.ide and making the helicopter spawn in the roads like other cars do

I finished all missions too. IN gta lcs you cant get a helicopter, only with mods or cheats
