it doesnt matter was it made before or after. Both insurgent custom and nightshark have same armor and windows plating mods. Nightshark slightly faster than insurgent and easier to control. Nightshark is cheaper. Insurgent has turret. Nightshark doesnt. Even if you need friend to use it - nightshark doesnt even have it. I mean nothing stops you from parking insurgent and taking turret place and shooting someone, who is after you. Even without turret you can still use same weapons while driving in both insurgent and nightshark. You can shoot drive-by weapons, you can throw sticky bombs. Insurgent has mines. Nightshark doesnt. Insurgent has special icon on minimap. Nightshark doesnt. That actually protects you from many griefers. They know you in armored vehicle and they wont waste their time on you. They rather go and kill someone in regular car. Nightshark has car icon on minimap. That means griefer will come after you and will shoot you. And believe me if griefer will fail to kill you in nightshark after they started shooting you - they will hunt you. So insurgent is better for your safety. Insurgent is higher that nightshark. That means other players will have less angle to shoot you out with minigun, because driver seat is so high. Overall - insurgent is better than nightshark. All comments about Ghillie doing sick things and baiting opressors with nightshark - the reason he uses nightshark is to bait griefers and kill them. He is skilled enough to do that. He could do that in insurgent as well, but griefers wont come after insurgent. You not that skilled to bait and kill griefers, so nightshark is worse for you

Malsidious Gaming Here’s a few other vehicles you might want to consider: 1. Thruster (Specifically the counter measures and semi-accurate missiles) 2. Stromberg (Takes at lowest 2 and at highest 4 rockets (from my experience) to be destroyed, is at a discount currently and has pretty decent rockets) 3. Mk2 (Classic _Fight fire with fire_ tactic) 4. MK1 (Still decent if your a good driver) 5. Jets, mostly Pyro and a few others (check out the Top 5 aircraft he recommends) (they out-run out-play and outxgun the Mk2 and pretty much anything out there plus a few of the jets have counter measures paired with very accurate missiles)

Nightshark is great for surviving MK2s, but they can still spam them and its only delaying the inevitable. The armor does nothing unless you're facing a ground threat which is almost never since everyone and their mother owns a MK2. This is coming from a guy who has 2 nightsharks.

My Top 5 WORST Vehicle Purchases are: 5. Dune FAV: This thing is so frail that it can be blown up easily and it has no armor. Not to mention you sometimes use it when you're selling stock from your Bunker. 4. The Brickade: This Truck was supposed to be great but what we got was a Peagsus Vehicle, It can be blown up once by any explosive, It can only hold 2 people for being such a big truck, and you can't even customize it. Its not worth it. 3. Armored Boxville: I swear this thing tries to be like the Insurgent Pick Up but it fails so badly, the armor is not explosive proof, and the tires are not bulletproof. This is just a cheap excuse for a weaponized vehicle and you NEED to have a Vehicle Warehouse if you want to get it and you have to complete the mission to get the trade price. 2. The Golden Luxor Jet: This is basically the Shamal Plane but Golden and the ONLY thing it has, is you can drink inside of it and you can use the computer. For 10 Million Dollars that is just a huge rip off. 1. The Tugboat: This thing is by far the WORST vehicle in the game. This is the reason I stopped doing the Selling Cargo Missions is that they make me have to sometimes use this thing as a Delivery Vehicle. Its SO slow like a turtle and the handling is so bad that you can barely even turn the damn thing. Just Don't EVER buy this. Its the slowest piece of crap you will ever drive.

exactly, fortified is one of the few missions in the game where you can win the mission, without being in the vehicle. you can make close to 90k in 30 minutes in an invite only server if you combine it with "velocity" (rocket voltic), and transport (wastelander), or headhunter.

Basically, the Nightshark is a surgical scapel... The insurgent pick up custom is a hammer. It's not the Nightshark fault that you tried to use a scapel to hammer a nail. The Nightshark is a solo, free roam vehicle that offers protection from the random aircraft in complete comfort and plenty of speed without drawing attention. The Insurgent Pick-up Custom is a great multi-personnel mission vehicle that demands attention. Just both are great, but one can't be used to replace the other. You have to use the right tools for the right job. If you're solo you're having trouble with both vehicles in the same mission. Solo, you hop out and use your rockets and guns in the Nightshark, or hop out and use the turrets in the Insurgent. Then hop back in and drive to the next target in either vehicle. So solo, neither vehicle is ideal but can be done.

In my opinion the Nightshark is better than the Insurgent: -same explosive resistance -medium bullet protection -superior speed -you CAN attach AA-Trailer -has NO minimap icon, so your enemy won't know what you're up to Sure the Insurgent has it's own pros too, but I think it's more a thing of personal preference.

Personally, I got the Nightshark just for myself as it seems to drive a bit faster. I don't really need it for missions so I only use it for personal protection. Also I don't own a Bunker with a MOC or Facility with an Avenger so I wouldn't be able to convert an insurgent pickup into a personal vehicle anyways. Compare this to the regular insurgent and I'll take the Nightshark as I don't need the extra seating capacity and the center of gravity is lower so the handling is improved and the chance of rolling over is reduced. The Nightshark is the vehicle to get for avoiding conflict when solo-grinding. Is this an over-priced niche vehicle? yes, it is. Should it be seen as one of the absolute worst vehicles to buy? I would argue not as it still serves a purpose and it does it fairly well.

Allthough the nightshark doesn't offer great protection from bullets, its ressistance against rockets is excellent. You can counter the broomstick with it. Also its excelleration is greater and its handling is better than what the insurgent has to offer.

The Nightshark is wayyyy better in free mode. I sat and waited for an Oppressor who was chasing me and since I had a normal blimp icon, he probably thought I was in a normal car. As soon as he came shooting missiles I hit the brakes and he crashed into me then I backed up, ran over him multiple times until he died. Then I went into passive mode and waited for him to run to his Oppressor. As soon as he ran to it I ran over it and blew it up. 😂😂 I REGRET NOT RECORDING / SAVING THE FOOTAGE 😭😭😭 That was literally my funniest kill ever.

I find myself coming back to this video from time to time. #1 The Nightshark in the right hands is definitely a great vehicle. I've seen first hand people taking out mk2's with sticky bombs using this vehicle. #2 The nightshark's armor is better than the Custom pickup. Taking roughly 26 homing missiles 27 to finish it. #3 The nightshark climbs hills without 2 much of an issue. It has reasonable good speed. #4 🤔 #5 Have a nice day 😁

Nightshark is pretty awful, a lot of people trying to defend it, but the defense for Nightshark is that it's tanky, it's a good land vehicle to transport yourself in a lobby full of griefers. Better than Kuruma vs Missles. However, considering the Insurgeant Pick Up Custom exists and does the same thing but also have offensive ability. Or considering the fact that you can fly to avoid griefers better, it's just not worth it. When I bought my Nightshark, I was used to doing Headhunter in Kuruma easily. I got sick of missles, so I swapped over and suddenly could not kill moving vehicles or headhunter targets that are not on the ground. Which means you either drop the protective window plating which is one of the reasons to buy the Nightshark, or you get out of the vehicle and use it as cover. I'd rather just use the gun on the pick up custom. Although TBH even that one is a little bit of a let down as it doesn't let you use your own guns either. Still way better than Nightshark.

The Kuruma is the ultimate bullet fighting Vehicle, but when it comes to explosives it sucks, and there are other better options like Terrorbyte, and Nightshark, but the Insurgeant Pick Up Custom is the ideal middle ground for when you want to do both. You just have to know, not to max upgrade the windows. Go for the "second best"

The Insurgeant Pick Up Custom, can deploy explosive mines, however to my knowledge, no vehicle allows you to use any of your explosive weapons, not even Nightshark. If you get the windows on Nightshark, you can't use guns from inside it either, but the Insurgeant Pick Up Custom does allow you to use guns from inside if you don't buy the highest level of windows. When you buy the windows on the Nightshark, you lose access to guns but you can get a gun attached to the car that as a driver you can use, but it's terrible and not worth it. It is true that the Insurgeant Pick Up Custom is not the fastest vehicle, that said with full upgrades to speed, it still reaches a good enough speed to be worth using. It's not like the Terrorbyte which never gets to a good speed.

The Bombushka is Ok; though it still needs a huge to it's armour. The Volatal though... Yeah... That thing is pretty much useless... I would personally make it able to drop a carpet bomb strike equal to ten instead of five (with a bigger explosion radius)and make the bombs depoly as well as fall faster. The Nightshark CAN pull an anti-aircraft trailer if it’s your friend’s. My friend has the twin flak cannons, and I cart him around. Not only are the flak cannons extremely powerful and able to destroy an insurgent pickup custom in a couple of shots, but if you as a driver or gunner knows what to do, a Nightshark/Anti-aircraft trailer can be a formidable foe.

The nightshark is a beast of a vehicle for Setups and CEO missions. Rescue ULP, it can be used to mow down Bogdan's men. Hostile Takeover, absolute beast because of it's speed and it is good as protection from Buzzards and other air vehicles in Setups. It's just a better Armoured Kuruma

Havok has a amazing gun, if you know how to use helis it can easily take on a savage in pvp, pve its only useful against helicopters with weak aimbots Nokota has same range as all other smugglers run planes which is about 250m (lazer and hydra are 180m for comparison) Annihilator, same as Havok, just easier to aim but also easier to get hit

I'm not on drugs I'm a gta pilot and also test these vehicles The savage would have a very hard time vs a havok, because the havok climbs faster and has a much longer range, dodges all the rockets and can stay out of savage gun range since it is a single gun and not dual like buzzard it takes a bit longer to down a savage, but you would most likely slowly torture it to death

The Insurgent pickup can actually hold 11: 4 inside, 4 split between two on each side outside, the gunner, and the two back seats outside

Nightshark doesn’t show up same as insurgent, so it’s better with griefers than insurgent, and u can use sticky bombs if you don’t get the armored windows, you just aren’t using it right

5. Nightshark The Nightshark can take more explosives than the Insurgent Pickup Custom. The Nightshark is faster than the Insurgent Pickup Custom. The Nightshark is solo friendly, whereas the Insurgent Pick up Custom is overall pointless without a friend with you. The Nightshark is cheaper than the Insurgent Pick up Custom. The Nightshark looks way cooler than the Insurgent Pick up Custom. The only reason you were getting shot out was because you were misusing the front turret machine guns. They're designed for when you're chasing another vehicle down, not stopping in front of one.

You can still use your ap pistol and explosives with the insurgent. Making its damage way better.

@@wiggy009 I can also use an AP Pistol and Sticky Bombs on the ground. Also, if the nightshark doesn't have armor plated windows. That's another thing. The Nightshark is more bullet proof. The Nightshark Is the superior vehicle overall.

@@l-_-merlaut-_-l4493 the night shark is not more bullet proof than an insurgent custom I've watched a testing videos. Using your weapons on the ground makes having any weapons on your car useless.

Nightshark does not takes more explosives, they take the same, insurgent in solo es better than nightshark when people chases u because it has proximity mines and which one looks better is your opinion

The NightSkark is Great if you dont put Full armor on the windows so you can use normal weapons.

The main differences between the NS and insurgent is the simple fact that the NS is more solo friendly, doesn't require a vehicle workshop to upgrade, no unique radar blip, it's faster than the Insurgent, possesses the same armor class, and the NS is 800k less than the alternative. Yea, the guns suck, but it's so armored you can alleviate that by sticky-ing your own bumper if you need to blow something up.
