Its an issue with mod menus, the "never wanted" feature lock the heist into thinking you have 5 stars and 0 stars at the same time. learned that the hard way...

@@maff8833 i believe it is more on the internet connection part. Gta online is peer-to-peer as you may know and how the so-called ‘servers’( which are not servers at all, but whatever) handle heavily relies on the internet connection of the players. During heists, contact missions and other jobs as such, but mainly heists, if there are more players, some with a very fast and stable connection and others with a slow and a lot of ping, there is a very good chance the game will softlock trying to match all different internet speeds to a common point. I had my friend who I used to play with daily doing Casino and Cayo Perico Heists and whenever I got out of Staff Lobby exit, every time the game will not show us the cutscene of our characters leaving the Casino and it will keep us in an infinite loading screen. Strangely enough we discovered on the internet that by lowering your in-game resolution( 800x600), despite the jagged image, the game will be faster in FPS and weirdly enough, the risk of getting in a loop decrease significantly.
