@Dark.Syndicate With thier grid system, rage units, its about 1 minute equals 1 hour irl, flight excluded, average vehicle, some mods decent driving skill, that being said I'm concerned with a giant map and rng mission selection that 8 to 13.5 minute one way trips will be commonplace in 6, which after the first few times is boring and annoying despite whatever rewards are attached to the missions and god forbid having to hear the bottom of a zodiac slap the water and piss wind the outboards every 2 seconds for a half an hour because miami and boats and we gotta have whitecaps in game everywhere. I dont care how the map changes if this type of gameplay is going to be the norm.

If you ask me, the movie studio would be the _perfect_ setting for a DLC involving Michael. The idea would be that upon purchasing a studio lot, Michael brings you on board to help his old pal Dave Norton with revitalizing The Underbelly of Paradise, the show that Davey inherited after Steve Haines was taken out at the end of the story. Jobs would revolve around enforcing the law, as well as running from it in order to drive up ratings for the show, all while reaping rewards like cash and contraband seized from the many gangs of Los Santos. It would be the perfect setup for a proper Cops and Crooks update that the community has been begging to be made for years, complete with even more purchasable cop cars, as well as legitimate ways to earn police-themed clothing and gear.

Water crafts blow so hard... All of them would need at least a 40% speed boost to be of any use... And they would have to be LESS effected by waves then "cusing along at 7mph (5 knots iirr) and FLY 25 feet in to the air to SLAM down and wait 10 seconds for the pos boat to get back up to speed again before, once again, getting flung 25 feet in to the air". I think Rockstar missed a big opportunity with The Contract. The Agency could've been expanded on in later DLCs by adding more contracts instead of just Dre's. For example, Michael comes to us to help him find the star of his latest movie who has disappeared. Or maybe, in a bit of comedic irony, Juan Strickler comes to us because someone stole his pet panther from his island. Add a few big contracts like that, then rotate them weekly. I wouldn't even be mad if they all payed the same as Dre's.

I always found it very odd that they didnt add more big contracts. Why create a huge menu interface for a single contract? it will likely get some kind of expansion dlc eventually as long as the game is being supported by R*. Lately it seems theyve just been hyper focused on QOL and early - mid game things to do, which tbh i am for too. I do hope they eventually come up with more really tough end game stuff though.

If you ask me, I feel like the only way we'd get "custom mansions" in GTA Online is if they add something like Private Islands to the game, where you fly out to your secluded property in the middle of the ocean, similar to Cayo Perico. Perhaps you could shape your compound from different styles, from a party island resort, to a haven for off-road vehicles, to a Drug Lord's fortress, and so on. But the catch would be an incredibly high price tag, like the cost of _two_ maxed-out Super Yachts kind of expensive.

I've always wanted an aquatic update, and there's a lot they could do out at sea. Here's 3 big ideas just from what I've come up with: 1. Private islands, this would fill the needs of players wanting mansions. You could select either a drift track, a race course, or a drag strip for leisure, and your choice of drug farms. I'd say islands would be about half the size of Cayo Perico. 2. Oil Rigs. A military style business taking inspiration from Metal Gear Solid V. You buy an abandoned oil rig, start up a mercenary group, and take contracts for all sorts of corrupt politicians and governments. You can expand base, invade other players' bases, and defend against attackers. 3. Deep sea diving. More of a relaxed legal type of business, like the chop shop, taxi service ect. You buy a fishing trawler, and take contracts for deep sea extractions. You can also fish using this. But if we do get a sea expansion, we need fishing if anything else.

Ever since 2019, I stopped playing the game It got tiring, it was repetitive, and I just developed interest in new games, and then two years later, I got myself a computer and started playing GTA on PC, but only in single player with modifications enabled. I am still tired of grand theft auto online, and I am never touching it again, I will just wait for the sequel. Whatever updates they do, whatever features they add, I’m not touching it again, especially not on PC, it’s highly unsecured, and could put yourself at risk, you can literally get your IP address leaked by just playing the game, because they refuse to add security measures. The anti-cheat is a joke, it doesn’t work, it’s inefficient, it’s a big ass joke. And the only glitches they tend to patch as a priority is glitches that make things, fun… clothing glitches, police outfit glitches, boundary breaking, and the famous North Yankton glitch, which I remember doing all the time back when online launched, and I had so much fun doing that. But nowadays, the game is a shell of its former self, it’s got too much, it’s way too grindy, and they just got greedy with the game. In my opinion around 2017 to 2019, the game started to lose its soul, and by 2020, it was dead, and they only pushed out updates to make more money, without caring about the players as much. Even though they’ve turned themselves around in terms of DLC choices, there is still the issues have mentioned, grind, balance, lack of fun most most of the time. I did go back briefly for the casino heist DLC, it was fun, but other than the rest of the game was boring. So yeah, I’m not touching online again, I’m waiting for a sequel, and I will pray for better quality. Thank you for coming to my TED talk

The reason why they do this is because of the really lucrative money making methods in GTA Online, a new player could go from 10k to 5 million within a week max if they play semi consecutively. Just start out with the cluckin' bell heist which is completely free to do, is solo, and can be done with only a pistol and NPC cars (trust me, I've done it on a brand new account before), that generally takes an hour and when you get good at it, half an hour, and it has a payout of 500,000, then you wanna do the first dose missions, which should give you some money, and also an acid lab, which is one of the most lucrative passive business. After a bit of those two you can buy the kosatka, which allows you to do cayo perico, it takes around an hour for the heist + setups, I can do it in around 20-30 minutes though, the payout is generally 1 million to 1.7 million depending on the targets you get. Then you wanna buy the agency, so you can do the contract, which has a payout of 1 million dollars, and takes around an hour and a half, or when you're good at it an hour. Using all of those missions, heists, businesses, etc, you should be able to make 5 million within a week maximum on a new account, and about rockstar not caring about your account, no company cares about your account, you are not entitled to GTA 5, it's simply entertainment.

Yeah, it's no surprise that GTA Online is approaching the end of it's life cycle (on GTA 5's part, at least). But if there's any new updates/content I'd wanna see before GTA 6 releases, it'd have to be the following: *1: Breaking & Entering* An update centered around Burglary, where players can purchase a Pawn Shop property to use as a staging ground to commit covert robberies on properties across the state, as well as a fencing operation to sell stolen goods such as paintings, antiques, jewelry, electronics, precious metals, and more. *2: The Underbelly of Paradise* The highly demanded Michael DLC which would double as a Cops and Crooks update, players can purchase a Studio Lot at Richards-Majestic, and assist Dave Norton with revitalizing The Underbelly of Paradise by working with *_both_* sides of the law to drive up the show's ratings, as well as reap the rewards from seizing illicit contraband from the many gangs of Los Santos.

As much as people critique it, I still love it. I used to play GTA Liberty City Stories on my PSP back in the early 2K’s when I was a kid. The transformation or should I say the transfer from their old games to newer ones (specifically GTA5) I enjoy all the things we get to do as far as money farming. I enjoy driving and drifting more so and doing little tasks in between. The mechanics are still top tier, the map may be small but there’s so much detail. I just enjoy the simpler things rather than just do a bunch of the major stuff and being bored early. I will miss it but I hope I can drift every corner in a hellfire like I do now or really enjoy car meets. All that to say I can’t complain about the game overall and will be looking for GTIV.

My ideas for future update: 1) Movie Magic DLC Movie related, where you are tasked to help Micheal make sure his first solo movie comes out, you need to bring the actors to him similar to the nightclub setup, stop someone from leaking the movie trailer (a nod to their gta 6 trailer leak). even become a stunt man for the movie 2) Odd Jobs DLC Since the pizza and Taxi mission were added it be nice and fun to have other types of “legal” jobs such as working with Lamar in selling weed legally, delivering food Burger shot, becoming an ‘Uber’ driver which lets you do taxi work in ur own vehicle, can be started up on ur phone.

They could add a Boxing arena, surfing, skateboards, parkour, concert halls, musical instruments, pets, a roomate system. A in game youtube knockoff so players can post shorts. Basketball courts. The ability to rob players. The ability to rent your car out and or uber other players for money. A real-estate market so players can buy, sell, and rent houses. A interior/exterior design overhaul update for those houses. The ability to work on your car in your garage. A home security system. Pets again. Adding a race track. An event stadium for any community or dev event such as monster truck rallies, concerts, gun shows, state fairs ect.

Every building that has an interior should be open to the public, there's no good reason to close them off in online like they did Open the Bahama Mamas club, speaking of unused interiors... Just get rid of the mk2 for the love of God z everything else can be dealt with quite easily, especially with the addition of the Rail gun.. Just those three things alone would breathe new life into game, and would be a good start towards something better.

Cockstar isn't going to do away with their main cash cow anytime soon, especially since they recently bought Five M and still have some new dlc and unreleased content left. I'm a little concerned for GTA 6 online, The initial content for online 2.0 might not be much and here's why. 1. Focus on the story mode for the game, it is likely that majority of resources has been used to create the main story mode with a lot of content being placed in the story mode. 2. Online content could be held back for future dlc releases, because it would be a bad idea to place all the content possible at the start and have nothing left for the future. 3. stuff locked behind a gta+ membership for Online 2.0.

Imo the game looks fine. I don't need or even want better graphics than that. Just focus on gameplay. People are just tired of this map and story and want something fresh and I get that, but I guarantee that people will be missing GTA 5 online when GTA 6 online comes out. 5 has had 11 years of content, refinements and QOL updates. 6 will be starting from scratch and will lack content and refinements. Best thing i ever did was go super hard for the first 4 years of GTA online. I burnt myself out so i switched to other games like “The Division” Series & “Warzone”. I randomly came back with the push of a few friends. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my comeback. 7 years of missed content! GTA 6 has to be a completely different experience. Now it's time to ask the question, what will the last major GTAO dlc be? Since VI is coming out next Fall it's safe to assume that the last major update would probably come out the Summer beforehand. We got quite a bit of what we've been asking for, like a map expansion and Cops n Robbers dlc (even if they weren't exactly as we were wanting, we still got them at last), so what else do we want? Or more specifically, what do we want for the last Hoorah to send off GTAO into? Me personally, I want the Mile High Club to be finished. Let us buy a unique penthouse in it. It won't be the biggest or most grandiose dlc but I think it would be a good way to end 5's Online, to end it with something we've wanted since the beginning of the game.

I think that a semi-truck update can be fun. You have your own trucking company where you can buy and upgrade trucks and you do basic deliveries but once in a while, you can ger a special mission where you smuggle drugs and gangs chase you down or something like that. Either way, I think that more semi-trucks should be added in the game.
