Why hit all checkpoints when flying? What happens if you go straight to boat?

I probably should have gone over this in the video. If you fly directly to the boat, when you land you'll still have the cops and will be continuously fired upon until you hit the final check point ending the heist. Apposing that would be hitting all of the checks and receiving no resistance when landing, avoiding potential deaths or money loss.

Going Straight Into The Boat Will Not Make The Police Go Away. If Checkpoints Are Hit, Then Police Will Go Away And It Will Be Easier To Enter The Boat Without Being Shot And Loose Money.

If you shoot a few cops after you get on your bike, and take a certain route to Central Los Santos Medical Center, you can get one to Spawn there as well. Also, you can skip most of the checkpoints thanks to the railroad strat. If you fly straight to the bridge from the convoy setup, then pass directly under the railroad bridge above it, you clear all the checkpoints but the summit, clear that one and you lose the cops and can fly straight to the dinghy.

Yeah, it's been working since 2015.Although it sometimes doesn't spawn the first attempt. If that happens, drive up north a bit and make sure the a police helicopter is flying around as that seems to trigger the spawn. Also getting there before the area loads can also cause it not to spawn.

Well, let me rephrase: It's very unlikely. This has been around since 2015 so the chances of they investing dev time into something so minute, something that's been around for 7yrs, well it's quite unlikely. Not to mention the failure of priorities if this was the case. There's legit game-breaking bugs that's been around for yrs that hasn't been fixed, yet they focus on this? As I was writing that last bit, I was reminded by myself that we're talking about Rockstar and thus logic (obvious logic) isn't their strong suit so anything is possible. I haven't tested it in a few months but If I was a betting man, which I am not, I would put everything on it not being patched.
