I am sorry about the length of the video but there was a lot of mistakes I had to cover and some advice I wanted to give on each one. These are the worst mistakes that I see people making. Many of them are very common and people keep repeating them. The most common question I get asked on my streams is about businesses so I hope this one helps.

@@OscarGreenworth as someone who recently just cut out ALL friends, and family, and moved to a different province to start over, due to all trust being broken by everyone giving me excessive paranoia towards trusting anyone makes it basically impossible for me to make friends. When I look at people, I see a % of the chance they will lie to me, trick me, troll me, pretend to be my friend just to screw me over when I really need them. (fyi I see everyone between 90 and 100%) I personally had a problem where my cousin was being instructed by his mother to pretend to be my friend, to get dirt on my dad as they where having a feud. Same thing happened in school, people pretending to be my friends just so they can get dirt on me and tell everyone. Then outside of school I was running a delivery company with a friend, he lost his license and I ran the company myself for a full year under the understanding when he gets his license back we would become 50 / 50 partners. I made company web page, logo art, business cards, price list, map, package to give restaurants and others with our lists and prices and info, (but I made it all LOW RES with WATERMARKS on them until I got paid, OR got partnership) and he took the low res watermarked PROOF sheets, and edited them, removed the watermarks, removed the SAMPLE writtin all over it, and USED IT, then blamed me when people said "this looks low res, and janky" he threw me under the bus and said "yeah, I had someone make these for me, and that's the quality he made... what a joker" Now, people tell me, "U don't like your time on GTA5, or CS go? Make friends, its not that hard" Every single time I make a friend on CS :GO, and play with em, next day I get a msg "YOU PLAYED WITH A HACKER AND ACTION HAS BEN TAKEN AGAINST EVERYONE WHO PLAYED WITH HIM" (like people make smurf accounts intentionally to hack and invite people to play with them to get them in trouble... people pretending they want to be a friend, but they have the purposeful intention to trick you, and use your want of friends to damage you) and every time I make friends in GTA 5, they convince me to help them over and over and over again, then when its my turn, they destroy the mission intentionally, laugh at me, send msgs "YOU SUCK! THX FOR THE HELP LOSER"

Thing is I found out that my time is way more valuable that just making virtual money. I'm not gonna lie all these guides taught me time and money management skills but at the end of the day it's GTA.

Word. I use these tips but I am not as hardcore dedicated. I run coke and meth. Plus nightclub. And a cayo perico almost daily, so I got plenty of cash and time to have fun. I use other buisnesses just to generate nightclub crates.

I recommend for new players to get the vehicle warehouse business first very cheap, and can make you a lot of money you will need to be a ceo first but those are also cheap and on PS4 there literally giving one away for free. Also don’t buy any upgrades for them the upgrades are purely cosmetic

I have made far more from the bunker it’s easily the most money efficient business I own (one result lasts far longer than an MC business and makes way more money) if they really are dedicated then ya the warehouse is better

That's how i bought a nightclub, they leave out the rest of the details like oh yea it'll be best that you own x,y,z businesses 1st. Ps i had no prior businesses before nightclub. I then found out that nightclub is for when you already own multiple businesses so you can house them all under one roof

A good tip: 3 crates cost you 18k and there is a 5min cooldown between each mission.During the cooldown you can run a headhunter or a sightseer to get your money back

How to make friends: Step 1: Join a full lobby. Step 2: Help someone getting attacked and kill the griefer. Step 3: Hang out with the guy in the lobby and just mess about for a bit. Done! You now have 1 more friend than you had 5 minutes ago!

Yeh man best thing to do is rotate between sourcing cargo then stealing a car using the terrorbyte. This means you don’t have to wait on the cool down periods. #easymoney (park the terrorbyte near your import/export garage)

1.5. Sourcing Hangar crates solo Takes way too long and you could just grind VIP Work/Client Jobs instead of wasting 18 hours sourcing Hangar crates. It's way better just having friends help you source Hangar crates. Plus every other business in the game is better doing solo. For example: Import Export, Nightclub, CEO Crates (9 crates), Bunker (1 supply bar)

@Messi the G.O.A.T Problem with that is that once other people join you in your solo public, other random players will also start to appear. And before you know it you are inundated unless you quickly time your kicks to get rid of them each time one pops in. Randoms are less likely to appear if you stay in there solo

I mentioned this myself before - but some people fail to check whos in the lobby and analyse it - it is not a good idea to sell in sessions with psychopath players, air vehicles everywhere, high KD players, who tend to be more aggressive and likely to attack you (and succeed) and dont check the map for anyone in a facility - checking who is in the lobby is important if you really want the bonus for populated lobbies

TrueEvil64 Exactly. My friend wanted help selling his MC businesses in an extremely dangerous lobby, and I told him to join a different session. There was a modded level 8000, jets across the map, and a giant war zone half a mile from his counterfeit cash business. It was full and only the two of us were selling, meaning we didn’t even have 1 person per sell vehicle. He didn’t listen, and his cargo was immediately targeted by everyone in the session before being orbital cannoned by the modded rank 8000. Thankfully he found a new session in time and learned a valuable lesson in the process.

I quickly assess the players in the lobby & look for kd warriors. Monitor the feed to see who's killing who & why. See if anyone is sourcing or selling successfully. The second I see "dickhead destroyed some cargo" I'm gone.

Iv always struggled with buissnesses on gta I'm only starting to get back in to the game so this really helps I don't have a meth lab or a Forgeres so I'm gonna stack all the buissnesses I have now use that money to buy upgrades more buissnesses better locations to have them in so I can have them all close range so it's easier for me and the fact u can do it on private sessions makes it so much better I used to glitch the game to be in a solo public session but it was a pain doing the glitch all the time because it prevented me from playing other games so thank you bro I really do hope you become the richest gta player out there u deserve it you know your stuff brother

There needs to be a special mention in this video for having the Xbox app on your phone and joining clubs on Xbox live. There are a couple of great clubs where you can team up with other friendly people for heists and sell missions. Using your phone to navigate and message people makes the process super easy.

Hey man I'm introverted and generally hate meeting new people in person but video games have helped me a lot with my social anxiety. It took me about a year of having a headset/mic to get good at making friends in-game but it's easier than making friends in person and makes gaming way more enjoyable. It's something you're going to have to practice but it's not impossible, even for an introvert. Don't worry about conversations outside the context of the game, just be friendly in-game, have a good headset/mic, and just talk to people about the game, what you do/don't like, how to improve etc.

Once a person killed me while I was selling my nightclub (I was gonna get 400k) then he left and joined a new session and got into his lobby somehow but he didn’t know and he was selling his bunker and I destroyed his (his bunker was full because he told me) and he said why would he destroy my full bunker and I said because you destroyed my nightclub supplies and he orbed me and left.

This guy thinks it takes 5 minutes to do a crate mission. Meanwhile I fly to my wares in a frogger only for them to be taken by an npc helicopter flying so high and far away I cant reach it with my missile launcher. After some struggle Ive had enough deciding to get a buzzard for 25k delivered, shoot down the helicopter only to be headshot mid air by one of the guys dropping out of it and then spending 10 minutes delivering crates 1 by 1 until the timer runs out after 2 of them..... Yes, the crates were still worth 112k, easily worth the investment, but 5 minutes my ass.

Yes, the flaw with this kind of thinking is he's assuming all missions take the same time; but a 3 crate mission with 3 individual drops will require flying back and forth 3 times solo... It's only identical time when all 3 crates are in a single vehicle you have to return. Likewise the "Buy Supplies" is only valid when you have multiple upgraded businesses, which he only mentions at the end of the passages where he justifies the purchase. But when you're first starting out, the grind to get ANY money is insane.

I am level 540+ and join as random heist daily (fav heist PacStd) this is typical scenario: Me: (at the cut scene/white board) How are you doing this? Bikes or Swat Van or Heli method? (pac std heist) Host either; a)No reply, even after msg2x and sending party inv- not joining and not replying b) reply: with BIKES (me: ok your choice bad choice but your choice i stay and still help) after x number of restart and loosing cash people/host quits c) reply: I dont know yet (me thinking really? how do you think this is going to go? surprise surprise it keeps failing and loosing cash) d) reply I dont know what do you suggest? I will follow your lead (me: send party inv explain heli option and get all on party. complete finale in 10/12 mins with full take) The host is meant to delegate roles and instruct what they want players to do - if they don't listen quit and kick them. It doesn't matter if they don't know everything but for god sake COMMUNICATE ask and take on board other suggestions

A lot of this is actually kinda relevant to real life too. If you have a choice between a run down car for $1000 or a car in decent/good condition for $2500-$3000, save up for the better one. It'll give you fewer headaches and hold it's value for longer, so when it's time to buy a new one you can sell the one you have more money to upgrade with (you can spend another $3000 and have at least another $2000 from your old car to buy up.) Sorry for the slight lack of relevance in the comment, just feel like ranting a little.

Not true, if you buy the 1000$ one, you will be saving 2000$ and you can use that money you saved to pay for repairs if there even any, trust me, my parents did this and it worked very well, they saved thousands of dollars and they have nice cars

I bought a car in good condition for $2100 over a year ago, and I'm about to sell it for over $3000 and I've never even had to take it in to be worked on. I'm then going to use the $3000 plus some savings to buy a used 2012 mustang in good condition and low mileage.

@CUJO & FRIENDS I sell alone all the time too, and generally it works out just fine for me. I've got all my businesses in the best locations and I have an Oppressor and Buzzard to help me zip back and forth to get the other vehicles. Throttling my internet/MTU lags me into solo sessions and keeps out griefers 99% of the time. It means I don't have to wait for my friends to get on, so I can sell multiple times a day instead of only selling once. Also, if you sell with friends, then you'll need to help them sell in return, so it doesn't really save you time. I guess if you want to be helpful though, go for it. You do make a nice $30K or so helping friends sell, but you could make more money in the same amount of time running import/export on your own. Let's also not forget the time it takes to get together with your friends, get everyone in the session, get everyone set up at the business, and then initiate the mission. Sell with friends if you want to be nice, but it just simplifies things to set up everything so you can do it yourself, because then you don't have to work around other people's plans, schedules, or mistakes.

Vehicle warehouse, you can source 10 standard, 10 Mid range and 12 top range cars, then sell only top range cars as thats the limit until it becomes random. Great video dude
