i'm guilty of number 1 on it. i was playing with these kids on the deliver EMP setup mission and i didn't have a mic so i was sort of hanging back and trying to not get in the way since they did have mics and were talking to each other. I'd run up to the fence with a sniper rifle and take out a couple guards I could see and continue keeping an eye out and they kept getting spotted and we'd fail the mission. no big deal, we just all kept trying and then the host was getting impatient and had to leave soon because his older brother was gonna pick him up for something so he had his brother come on to do it for him and the guy tells us all to just wait at the car and he'll do it by himself. So i went to my usual spot and started shooting at the guard's feet and near the guard's head to alert them and failed the mission and he left. I have no regrets.

Ive done heists with randoms where everyone other than me is below level 40. We still managed to complete them because of good communication. Doing heists with randoms without ANY communication is where problems rise. Also make sure at least 1 person knows what to do because trial and error during heists is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

(I’m on PC) This happened to me during a Fleeca Bank Heist. I wanted to get into this dudes rally car because I don’t even have a car (I was a level 3 ish), and he kept playing with me. I got so annoyed for a sec and then he let me in. And when we wanted to steal a getaway car, I died. He then proceeded to say this in the team chat: “you fucking low level noob”. He’s somewhere around Level 13-14. After that, we retried. I wanted to get in his rally car again, but instead, he just ran off instead of letting me in. And guess what? Few minutes later when he wanted to get the getaway car, he died. He FUCKING DIED after calling me a low-level noob. Karma wins again, baby!

@@mineko2219 i got spam "idiot vietnam noob" by a lvl 40 random hosting his first silent sneaky cash heist, this guy was such an a^^hole that he even wanted to put my cut to 0% (i really dont care about cuts when having "fun" with randoms tbh) just because i was lvl 328 and other members to the lower cut possible while he begged for help. During the heist, he didn't even do the looting even though he chose the 3% hacker (the less percentage the hacker is, the less time you get to loot, and the looting is the easiest part in the heist) and it is so frustrating when i gave him advise, he always spammed chat "stfu vietnam noob" and just made things worse. So i purposely left the heist because when we got out to the roof entrance we only got like 290k (thanks to his ego trying to shoot every single npc on the map) and i dont want to waste time on the other members. @Arian niknam maybe they should add heist points which show your skill in heist, example: easy heist give 20 while hard ones like act 3 give up to 150, and completing elite challenge gives 50 points while criminal gives 1000, so if you kick someone with a low heist points you don't lose much but if against someone with high heist points you lose 10k

One time when I was level 15 I got invited to series a funding, everyone was level 300 - 750, they gave me a 45% cut because he knew I needed it the most out of others, nobody complained luckily. I was so scared I just hid and killed like 5 enemies with a sawed off, and the host told me, Don't be scared, so I drove the technical, the host was using the gun, it was on hard, and we did the elite challenge, I got like a 500k payout, for whoever you are, I might never meet you again, but thank you

When the heists first came out back in March 2015 the most annoying thing about them is that they always force you to have 3 people join when you're doing the setup missions and the heist finale, but now in December 2017 when the Doomsday Heist was released they took out that rule and let you have 2 people play the missions instead of 3.

You are totally right! I recently got the Japanese version of GTA V (because it has it’s own achievement list). My friend and I had to get 2 other randoms in to do the Rally race (4 players needed) and to complete all Heists. Problem is: the maximum amount of people I’ve ever seen in a Online lobby on the JP version is 7, including my friend and I. So getting 4 people in was a pain in the *ss.

I feel you man. Once I was doing The Prison Break: Plane on Hard Difficulty just for fun , cuz I had messed up the Criminal Mastermind and couldn't complete it anymore. After players joined, we got out and there were 2 cars outside. One was an Armored Kuruma which was mine and the other one I didn't notice , but it looked like a Zentorno. I was honking for the guys to come in my Kuruma and only one came in. He was a lower level. The others got in the Zentorno and were heading for the airstrip where the plane was. Not only I beat them in the race , but I had killed like 20 guys when they got there. Anyway , they arrive and they GET OUT OF THE CAR and shoot the Vagos with the minigun. So , one of them died and the setup failed. I hate it so much when this happens.

My friend (level 153) said, he go'ed on a vacation and we should, get another player to play with us. So we invited randoms. So, a random came in he was level 19. He said, give me 100% cut. I said, wtf man you are level 19, and you just joined, and I don't even know you.. He said: Oh, f- off just give me it, you are so rude why did you gave the other guys 25% cut you don't know them either! I said: Well, there are my close friends, and I know they're low on money, and they have bussines to pay, and get supplies and crates and more stuff, and they are much higher in rank than you, and they already did this heist 100 times and they got all the rewards, and they will not receive another money reward. Idc, 100% take it or leave it. I said: Bitch, THAT'S MY FUCKING HEIST IF YOU WANT MORE MONEY, GO FUCK WITH IT ALONE YOU SELFISH ASS KID. And I, gaved him 0% he still got 100k from it. But he spend it on clothes. And he do'ed nothing in the heist.

You don't need to wear a heavy utility vest if you're even moderately competent. I never wear one and it's extremely rare that I die during a heist. They just slow you down anyway.

Like I said, I hardly ever die and I play on hard. I honestly die more from my own teammates crashing an aerial vehicle or plowing into me at full speed when I'm at an objective waiting for them than to the enemy AI. I'm not joking either lol.

One time i was doing the casino heist with two of my friends, i did all of the setups so i took 50% of the cut and the others took 25%. Both of my teamates were messing about on the way to the casino in the groupe sechs van like jumping out of it amd shooting random cars. When we got to the casino it took us 4 tries to get to the vault because the others were equiping their guns while walking through the basement. While swiping the keycards to get into the mantrap one of them went afk for about 2 minutes so we couldnt get to into the mantrap. When we eventually got to the vault, we had a plan setup so they steal the cash and i hack the doors. This didnt go too well as my friend went afk again alerting the guards when the nerve agent came. He got killed by it and we went in the vault a second time and he didnt get any money while he was in there, he was just walking around. We got to the exit disguises and went to walk out the staff lobby door but someone shot at a guard so we had to rush to the doors. The getaway cars had 4 seats in them and the two others were doing the casino heist for the first time so they didnt know where to go, i told them to get in a car with me so i can take them into the sewers but they both refused then got killed. I quit the heist and did it with my brother, we did it in one go with the elite challenge and a bigger take than before. My brother is level 58 and the others are 94 and 79 so i comepletetly understand why you said rank doesnt matter. Both my friends refused any offer of advice i could give to them so they basically went in not knowing what to do

Fun story (scroll to the bottom for a summary if your too lazy to read it all): This one time I was joining a plane setup for the prison break heist as a random and when we were playing it, I realized that with my karuma that we won't get shot and we be able to complete the mission no problem. So I got on the mic and said in a nice way btw "guys get in my karuma you won't shot" and stuff. This one random decided, "no I don't think I will" and he kept dying while the teammates that got in my karuma didn't. They invented me to a party and when I joined I heard, "this guy is so stupid" (talking about me ofc) I then said, "so me telling you to get in my karuma so you won't die and you dying over and over again cause you won't get in my karuma and I'm the stupid one? (Keep in mind I haven't died once during this bc I actually got in my karuma) and then he told me he doesn't like my karuma and that it was blue and blue was the gayest color. Well he kept dying and I just had enough and said "y'all ain't worth it, screw y'all" and I left. This made me facepalm at how dumb this person was. Oh yeah, did I forget to tell you they sounded like 15/16? You gotta love randoms these days TL;DR: random didn't get in my karuma saying it was blue and blue is gay, kept dying over and over bc he wouldn't listen

I hate when heist leaders set the setup mission difficulty to Easy. I can understand Normal difficulty, if we have some low rank players, but if you choose Easy you're paying the crew only 50% of what they should normally be getting paid. The heist leader doesn't care because they don't get paid anyway, so they're really just choosing to pay their crew less because they think it'll help get setups done faster. Also why do people play Deliver EMP on any difficulty except Hard? You shouldn't be dying at all in that mission; if you're getting shot at, you've already failed.

A lot of times kids are playing and handicap people too I use to get mad about this till I realized this while playing missions one day with someone then you have those who just have no common sense it's never predictable not everyone playing is of age and or mentally capable of playing this game accurately we all hate this but it's just a part of playing with randoms, and those who have to work that try to rush a mission i hate that

My friends wouldn't let me do the Pacific Standard Heist with them unless the host (my younger brother) gave me a 15-20% Cut instead of 25%. The funny part is that I made more then them because I got the Loyalty Bonus 🤣🤣🤣 in between doing the Last Set Up and the Final Heist the 3 of them did some other Heist stuff with someone else as the host. I laughed so hard when I got like 200,000 and they made way less even having higher paycuts 🤣🤣🤣

Agreed 100% with players kicking you the moment you join in, this happens to me every other day even tho I'm rank 200+ with maxed-out stats (Especially on Diamond Casino, Cayo Perico and Don't F with Dre). 2:37 was giving out %20 once a guy demanded that everyone else get %5 and he gets whatever is left... he then tried to report me to rockstar for not giving him %85 for the Pacific standard... As for the kicking, you get those random hosts that dont kick, like me, even if you are a level one, even if you dont listen because you can learn AS for the leaving people, i did it once, due to threats from my dad, same reason for my one 15 minute idling both times i got in contact with the leader and explained what happened

@@jeremylister704 yes, I'm a low level back then and I got kicked always, finnaly some one let me join and he invited me to a party and asked me if I needed money I said yes yes since I barley had enough money to afford bills, he then gave me 60% on the doomsday heist, we became best friends. Later when I was able to get beisnesses, he helped me sell cargo, I honestly help him so much we met up in real life. We need more people like this.
