GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition - Hippy Shopper Snapshot (Bugged Location)

In the Definitive Edition of GTA San Andreas, one of the snapshots required for 100% completion is bugged. It's meant to be at the top of the Hippy Shopper building but is mistakenly placed a block away, over top of the cemetery (where there actually is another snapshot at ground level).
I spent probably 30 minutes or more looking all around, taking random pictures of stuff, nothing worked until I randomly looked to the right and found this.
Not surprising, this edition of the game is very jank... hopefully this helps anyone else trying to 100% it.
