Finally finished this episode. Yesterday I was too worn off. But so far your skill overtops the difficulty cap without bigger problems. I guess the experience from previous playthroughs speaks for itself. I dont like the snowy desert. It looks very weird, like an untextured land. But the winter theme in SF was quite fitting. The cut newsvan feature also seemed cool to me, but I guess they probably had too much trouble scripting it, ultimately it got scrapped. It was most probably meant to spawn with some kind of delay, because of the info spread, so you'd most likely see it only during rampages, when you sit still in a small area. Also imagine it spawning after you shoot some drivers in the middle of nowhere. Probably the same reason they scrapped the repair man, who replaced streetlights you knocked. It would be really cool to see the newsvan in forms of easter eggs, like spotting the vans and TV NPCs in places your missions took place after few hours. CJ being silent during Black Project is most probably due to stealth mission nature. I believe silenced pistol has got the same flag applied, and you can easily check that even in public CJ never taunts anyone verbally when using this weapon, as opposed to other "normal" ones. The fact you cant use normal pistol ammo with silenced one pisses many players off, but its actually attention to detail, as silenced guns uses different bullets. I still have to watch your custom mission. I used to do minor mods for San Andreas years ago, but those were simple texture swaps. This year I started doing translations of PSX games, and no wonder why so little had been done by fans. Its a shitton of work, and the console is not really popular nowadays. Im curious about your bigger project though. If you need a VA then you could count me in!

12:02 Because the Cesar side-mission was still active, the red marker still being on the radar. I'm pretty sure it does that in unmodded San Andreas too iirc. (At least from what I remember, I could be wrong)

2:08 well that's got me worrying / looking forward to the races and the BMX challenge. Also one last time about Hogs of War since I figured you may not know, the HoW community has seen somewhat of a revival in recent years so now "mods" exist for the game including one's that make the game really challenging.

Does silent patch fix the annoying bug where after saving/pausing and resuming the game the mouse just doesnt work (aka the camera just doesnt wanna move whatsoever)

I think it does. I had that problem in Vice City, and I'm fairly sure installing SilentPatch got rid of it.
