You mean the one at 4:41? That's level #13. You unlock it as you progress through the story missions.

the way i passed Wrong Side of the Tracks was kinda funny. So i did the jump u did and landed on the train, but i had SMoke with me. He pretty much shredded the dude with the rocket launcher but i fell off when the train turned in the tunnel. Had do to the mission the usual way and it worked

The end. ...you know I've been trying to complete this series for years now but always, I'd become busy with life and forget and forget where I left off? But now, it is complete and I am satisfied and can also watch, your other series, properly now. (Will need to figure out which one you did next after 6 stars xp) But all I can say is, GG Stu. GG

The fact that you're still learning new things about this game is what makes it so cool to play over and over again. It just can't get boring! Especially with all those mods. :) As well as your videos, they can't get boring because you are an interesting person playing wonderful games! I drop everything when you upload, lol, seriously, and watch your video every free second I get. I finally got to watch this one properly because I'm at the airport this very moment, going to my family for holidays soon, so I finally got that few hours to watch your videos without running like a crazy (for games) horse because I've been so damn busy. I hope you get to rest and relax this Christmas time and spend time with your family too, Stu. And guess what? I'll definitely watch your Christmas special again. :) It becomes a tradition now. Fir anyone who is playing this mission and finds themselves in SF, grab the Maverick, which is the only thing unlocked at SF airport before completing pilot school, go to the open baseball field, fly under the roof of the stadium or whatever that building with the curved roof there, fly up and forward, then sink down until you're in Blue Hell. Then fly back to LS, get out of the heli and the game will take care of the rest for you.

Fun fact, if you have a gambling debt in the mafia casino, you will get a couple phone calls, encouraging you to pay it back. If you don't, you'll be under constant attack by "Toreno's Friends" from the Challenge San Andreas until you pay it back. Edit: I just realized that your money is your health during "Long Live the Rich" My bad.
