Looks like a place mainly used for cutscenes that weren't possible on the main streets of the city. Still a weird and creepy place. And I'm sad to hear that the series is over. There are lots of hidden interiors which are probably not even used. You can have a look at them all for example with the DYOM mod, which is used to make your own missions and it has a feature to browse interiors for your missions.

Nothing really scares me now, but this video is one of the most terrifying things I've ever seen. The music really complements it. I imagine this could be a realistic depiction of perdition, if we use AHS lore and that everyone has a personal hell. Ironically, the first area is one of the worst spots to have a gang war because the only cover is that small underground garage. San Andreas was just different. No other game yet has the mystery that has kept the myth hunting community alive. Hope GTA 6 levels it up.

To get up to the Jefferson Motel's broken skylight, have yourself some explosives. Place at least two satchels or a grenade in the direction CJ would land at the explosion, with the Mega jump. As CJ Mega jumps, blow up the satchels, and the explosion should give CJ a boost in jumping height, enough to reach the skylight. The demonstration is showed by 123robot's channel, Part 11.

It was a great video series... The GTA SA series.. totally loved them... well, congo for your lat myth... :') And, I have some sort of doubt: It's that in the place where you first went (near Denise's house), you blasted something with the rocket launcher... It was invisible, & when the fire was all around (after the blast), I saw an outline of a UFO in the flames... it's between 9:57-10:01 Please, care to check that out... loved the San Andreas series & waiting for your GTA 5 ones..!! :)

I haven't finished the video yet, but I pretty sure I've been to the blue hell or at least something similar to it. I remember it was about a year after the game was released( so 2005ish) when I saw a tutorial online while looking for cheat codes. The tutorial was like 30 or 40 steps, and it was supposed to teleport you to a new map/world. I tried like five times and it eventually worked. Once there everything was blue(when I say blue i mean there was always fog and it wasn't ever really daytime) and kinda laggy. There was no cutscene, and the only people around were the ones that had no shirt on and kinda looked like zombies. I didn't get to look around that much because I died after shooting a rocket at a one of the people.(keep in mind I was like 10 at time) When I tried to go back I would always mess up the glitch/tutorial. So I eventually forgot about it.

The "roof" in Jefferson Motel is probably an unscrapped fail of imitating the window on the roof outside of Jefferson Motel. There's a small glas dome in there, so that might be the "hole". But because of the lack of sprites and graphical effects, it could not be done.
