6:10 Hi! Its not the train itself that is bugged, but the track. The second track in the game is glitched/programmed like that for some reason and cuts across the map. That's why you never see trains running on that track unless you're in a mission. If you had followed that train successfully, it would have rejoined the train tracks near the railway bridge that connects Las venturas and Los santos. You can drive on this invisible track yourself if you use a mod to spawn a train on the second track.

I saw a video with the train a few years ago, it's gonna jump back on the tracks somewhere between the northern-east corner of Los Santos and Palomino Creek The parachute gives more supernatural abilities - You can destroy even all-proof vehicles by simply kicking them

6:43 there are tricks where you can basically get to (mostly) every hidden and used interior. One way is via the ganton gym (glitch) and a jetpack. GTA Series videos called that trick the heaven glitch. With finicky routings you can reach various places (but not really leave anymore). This glitch can be executed even on the PS2.

You can also find various floating objects around the game. In the national guard depot at Las Venturas, The place you go to to steal a sky crane. You can’t follow the train to the end of the world cuz the mission fails when the person your suppose to follow meets up with there contact and finishes the conversation. You have a time limit on the train in a sort of way
