Maybe Japanese version is his convenient speed run setup. I don't think there is any Japanese specific glitch used in the run except shorter dialogs.

@@englishben When was this recorded? Is it recent run? I saw some USJ runs which unlock G Spotlight by SSU. I think only the first gspotlight USJ need this mission as others can be done by hospital jump which allows accessing Downtown hospital roof by some wierd jump.
