The kit will only work with the NON-navi radio. If you want to use the Android phone, you would have to use is through the aux.

I just installed my kit i ordered this past week. Install went as easy as the video with one question, the plug that you connect, on my radio it was not empty. Something was already plugged in there. I dissconected it and continued with the install and it works fine. Im just curious what that original connection was? Because on your video there was an empty spot there already for it. Any help would be great.

It was probably just a pre-wire for sat radio.

Yes our kit works with 2006 models, but we are not sure about "similar" products. Best to contact the manufacturer that you purchased your product from. Thank you.

Are you guys gonna make a kit with a Lightning connector or have you already?

With the new generation devices, you have to use our kit along with the Apple Lightning Adapter. We cannot make our out connection to transfer data, due to patents.

GTA Car Kits great video. However, were would that Apple Lightening connector/adapter be connected to? Is that with a USB port or a Type C? Not sure we’re to connect it to. Please advise thanks.

just checked their web site, and unfortunately, the answer is "NO" Supported only on cars without navigation GTA Car Kit supports Toyota Avalon without navigation only.
