I wish it was possible to let Mark Johnson go. His situation is very similar to that of John Marston, it's even reflected in his name. By huntig him down you essentially turn into what Arthur and the gang have been running from the entire game. Cleverly done on Rockstar's part, it would just be nice if we had a way to chose if it was worth bringing in the bounties other than loading an old savegame before you started the mission.

As far as I have read, he will ask you to talk to his son and if allowed, will wriggle his way off the horse, and soon after his friends will ride in demanding Arthur let him go. If you do so, Arthur will tell the Sherriff Mark was not found.

I think they should do a dlc where it comes before the blackwater robbery. You are a bounty hunter and your the leader of a posse. You take bounty missions and other stuff that the sherrif wants you to do (ect. bring back stolen horses). At the end you try to stop dutch. (You die of course). You then play as the biggest bounty you took ( a big bank robber) after he gets broken out of jail from his boys. You then take jobs and became rich.

I really hoped the bounty missions in single player would work like they do in RDO! I love the bounty missions and it’s really annoying that there’s only 18 (or whatever) available. I wanted the game to randomly generate them! Even if they were capped at, say 5, per town, per 3 in-game days. So, there was a bounty mission that showed up for me that was actually significantly different than the list that came up here. It wasn't Laidlaw, but instead it was the second in command of the Lemoyne Raiders. I don't remember his name, and I don't remember how it came up, but I remember playing the game and realizing there was a new bounty that showed up in Rhodes and it ended up being the second in command of the Lemoyne Raiders. It was great, because I loved taking out Lindsey Wafford, and I wanted to continue chasing after them more and more. So, if anyone has any information on what this mission was, that would be great, because I want to find it again.

I'll come out and say it. I killed Lindsey Wofford. I didn't get in trouble mainly because RDR2 for me is so annoyingly glitchy. What I did was attack him in front of his men in the fortress. I then accidentally tackled him down and threw him off the wall. Though the game glitched and that was the reason the game allowed me to kill him, it acted weirdly the exact second I killed him. The game saying dialogue that wasn't going on, and it scared me because there was dialogue for Mark Johnson's bounty going. I take him back to Saint-Denis and instead of throwing him in a prison cell, the game glitched even harder and told me to throw his body in... the streets? This glitch was by far one of the weirdest I ever encountered in gaming, and after this moment, no joke, I actually stopped doing bounties altogether because the glitch scared me so much.

Maybe it's just because I played GUN first, but I wish the bounties in this game gave a bit more if you brought them in alive for the bounties that say "dead or alive" cause I would ALWAYS make an effort to take bounties in alive in GUN because they gave you more money.

thats the good part to have a pc. maybe u have to wait for some exclusives but u have mods then. ok i have to admit the rdr2 mods are mediocre but there are some mods who served some of the wishes of the players. healthy arthur or younger, own gang, random bounties, teleport to mark point mod, spawns etc etc. and when ur pc is better than a ps4 or xbox one (what isnt hard to do) the game looks even much better. and you have thousands of reshading options.
