Finally, been waiting for another video. Also can you tell me how to get light bars working properly and how to make the cars i blip or pull over not drive off into oblivion when i use E to go in computer or make them pull off to the side?

Liono liony You need to install ELS for the light bars (along with els compatible vehicles). And to pull vehicles over better, you need Traffic Policer and press Ctrl+Q
