You are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT about assigning tasks for specific days. I was one of those people who used to jot down all my tasks onto one A4 sheet of paper and cross them out when I did them, but (a) doing this is sooo overwhelming and (b) my brain felt quite ‘muddled’ because there was no time-frame. Now (thanks to your invaluable guidance) I allocate daily tasks and I’m no longer muddled! Thanks so much. x

Hey. My favorite step is 5 because that’s my struggle. I found out that mastering timeblocking can make me more efficient. When I do timeblock my day I forget my planner. My phone is the trap.

I love the first step of brainstorming/brain dumping strategically on one sheet (I usually do this randomly on different sheets of paper or sticky notes) and then writing/dotting in when they need to be done, using the masterlist. Thank you for showing a great example of this!
