Ah I’m guessing you bumped up your clutch from 10t to more. That 263 you’re going for high end speed and you won’t get there with 10t.

VHT is awesome. I let it sit for a week then heat it with a heat gun and it’s rock hard. I also found that the the new duplicolor ceramic is very similar and they really stepped there came up. The duplicolor ceramic engine enamel is really good.

I've gone 63 on a mini with only a rear scrubber, I know how crazy this is lol. Looking forward to the numbers on this bike the rear sprocket peaks my curiosity for sure!

@Black66 you’ve really inspired me to build my own bike up to where some of the ones you have like the mega moto 212. Mine is the same frame and all but made by Coleman, and it has a generic 196 on it but I’ve heard from other creators like you that said it has a metal cam in it so I’m going to take a look into it and see if it does and if so I’m going to try and build it up the best I can and hopefully get it registered. Thanks for giving me the ideas in your videos. Your channel has really been a help, thanks man.

Ive been doing trail bikes. Kinda wondering why the smaller bikes get outfitted so often with such square shouldered tires? Especially the fronts that appear to be off old snapper mowers?

Good stuff my brother!! 💪🏻💪🏻 hey you should possibly look into bracing that lower end of the fuel tank. It’s moving a lot when you were just sitting there. Looks like it won’t ever fall off but it likes to swing and that frame is so close right there you could probably make quick work of some brackets

Do you have any preferred gearing for mini bikes for the clutch chain and sprocket? Or what is the fastest gearing for small engines (for 212s)

I don't have any preferred gearing . Tire size ,rider weight ,engine modifications, all play role in the gearing. Every combo is different.

I’d like to buy a 224 stage 4 tillot engine for my bike but I have a question for you black. Is it a reliable engine to run on a minibike for hours upon hours everyday? Someone mentioned to me those race engines are meant to get rebuilt every 8 hours and there not so reliable, any input?

I have a 236 tilly on my bike, have about 25 rough hours and its doing good, definitely run 420 chain and change oil every 5-8 hours

What do you use to record with active mph on screen?

Cameras software allows for a speedo on screen . Also you can use a stand alone program like Telemetry overlay .

Should upgrade the brake to a two piston caliper brake and won't have to worry about your foot brake lever snapping or brake off

Does the rim’s have a protective coating on them? If not, I think polishing them would really add to the overall appeal of the GTS mini. Your paint selection is spot on,black66.
