The first modification to the Tillotson has to be a heavy duty Flywheel cover Powder coated Black to match the rest of the bike, and a Cars and Cameras sticker lol, seriously try some 1.3:1 ratio rockers. then Porting with the Ratio rockers, and then go back to stock rockers with a DynoCams CM grind or a Fire265

Hey Black66 if you see this comment please do a review on a 212cc dukar engine. I need information on how to upgrade it and get at least 60+ out of it. I know it's a great engine and can easily produce these speeds. I have a 212 dukar and at some point reached 63mph. At the time I was very new to mini bikes and changed some stuff up. I only had 26ld valve springs and a bypass, 15in street tires and straight chain. If possible I know you'd be able to give the best review over anyone on KZbin. Please please please black66 try to make this happen for us. We love what you do and keep up the GREAT WORK!

Adding some racing stuff from NR racing for my duromax 208 +20 arc rod and flat top piston combo with different wrist pin bcuz the duromax has a ducar rod and wrist pin that wont fit 1.3 ratio rocker only have one dont know why but then i have the pvL flywheel and rattlesnake 252 cam 22lbs springs and im gonna take the vm22 thats on my ducar slap it on there might throw a monster racing sticker on too for the extra wind velocity

There is an entire world of centrifugal clutches out there and since i have a 75 tooth rear sprocket, getting a 12 tooth clutch should make the gear ratio 6.25, I think? and if I get a 15 tooth clutch, it will make it a 5 g.r., right? But I want to go for overall top speed so which one would be better? Or are those ratios even correct? Since i want to run a predator 212 on mine, I'm not sure what chain to use either, since i doubt that the original chain will work. Its now a #35 Chain I'm pretty sure. Also since i want to be able to reach speeds of 50 or more I dont want it to break on me.

Black 66, I'm new to minibikes and I own a motovox. I've been watching your videos and trying to do my research, but I'm just not sure what parts to buy and what parts are compatible with what. I'm wanting to put a predator 212 on it and make it as fast as I can. I'm looking at maybe a Nibbi 24mm carb, but when i look at the carbs it shows that the 28mm is designed for 200-250cc engines. I see that you are running the 24mm a lot of the time. Is there a reason why?

Can you tell us what paint you use on your minibikes? It looks really nice on the bikes that you have painted. I assume no primer is needed if there is no bare metal. 400 grit the old paint to prepare it for the new paint? I want to paint my minibike soon.

Remove old paint completely. Clean frame with acetone. Mild sanding. Primer coat. Very Mild sanding. Paint with finish color. Repeat. Finally gloss epoxy clear coat

Gear it to the moon without a gov. and put an electric hub on the front to get it off the line. Ever get a measurement on that wheel? Is it really 15"?

Really if you could please help me, Id like to just have a list of the best parts that you would use personally as if you were starting entirely from scratch building a motovox bike with a predator engine on it. ---clutch, chain, carb, brakes, header pipe, jets for the carb, rear sprocket (if needed) and anything that is used really. The help would be very much appreciated. Otherwise I just have to buy parts and hope for the best. XD
