bro its not worth it, considering that the 1060 desktop can give you average performance in newer games at med-high then the 1060 laptop should have lower performance than that, also if I'm correct they don't make 1060 with 3gb vram on laptop or at least most gaming laptop have 6gb, if you looking for a second hand go for at least a 1660ti cuz it can still compete with 3050 in term of raw performance
