@@DanielOfRussia CPU demanding titles for me are unoptimised because if a game is CPU limited there is no way to get past a certain framerate, whereas when it's GPU limited you can drop the resolution as much as you want. Besides, GPUs evolve much faster than CPUs so even if the curent gen GPUs get 30fps, in 2 generations you will easily have more than 60. If it was CPU limited you would have to wait at least 4 gens considering the average 10-20% gain for generation.

This combo can be a good start for people who are trying to get into PC . But I just suggest to go for The i3-10100 because it performs really well with the 3060 ti, it causes some bottleneck but +70 fps in Ultra in most of the demaning titles is better than playing in medium, so you may consider getting a one (if you can snatch it from retail stores) and you can upgrade it when the 11th gen arrives, and get a more powerful setup.

Then buy ..and as per ur query .. if u have 10 -15k extra .. go for 1660 super with i5 9400f .. else m using a basic h310 motherboard purchased for 5000 which handles the processor and gfx card easily .. 570 is also a good card but bit outdated .. 1650 super is noticeably faster in some modern games .. apart from that 570 and 1650 super is one of the best gfx cards in the entry segments ..

That i3 9100F which also perfoms like a i5-7600 can be struggling only 64 players Operation Underground map especially when intense gunfights occured with lots of smoke in the tunnel, bootleneck becomes inevitable for even decent 4C/4T CPUs just like they got hammered in the city centres of Watch Dogs Legion, Assassin's Creed Odyssey & Origins. Except for that in all of almost any games, the i3-9100F + GTX 1650S-GTX 1660 combo is a compatible 1080p ultra/high combination when the matter comes to the lower budget. However, depends on the type of games, for instance as heavily CPU Intensive games that require also need and optimized more than 4 cores, the 4 cores CPUs like i3-9100F/i5-7500/7600/6600K etc. sucking thats for sure. In order to get a smooth experience without getting any CPU bootleneck in these days, minimum 6 cores Intel Core i5 10th gen/Ryzen 5 3000 series or maybe 8 cores CPUs (i7 10th gen/Ryzen 7-3000 series) might be needed if the person who wanna also lots of multitasking while gaming.

The chip on its own is potent enough to keep up with 1650S, easily. The bottleneck is its core count and lack of hyperthreading which lead to excessive cpu usage in many modern games which, in itself, leads to nothing good.

It doesn't make that much difference, maybe 5 fps in some games. Intel CPUs are not ram speed dependent or at least an i3 9100f won't notice it that much. Even motherboards affect performance and nobody pays attention to it, if you have a high end motherboard it's not the same as if you have budget one, but again is not that much of an impact (referring to the money you invest) but it changes, even the pc boots faster, so this is not misleading, it's an approximation, as all the benchmark you will encounter. AMD based systems are much more ram dependent than intel, in intel you barely notice until you have a i7 or something like that. So stop saying this is misleading because with your logic all the benchmarks will be misleading content, and it's not. Tons of youtubers addressed this things like linus tech tips, jaytwocents, and etc. You only have to search.
