GTX 960 2GB On GTA V 4K

Crying you only have a GTX 960? Well wipe those baby tears, as you can play this beast of a game in 4K (sorta) with 50 - 60 fps. You may have noticed i was only running 30 - 45 fps. 1. Shadowplay is well known to destroy your FPS while recording, specially at 4K. 2. i was in the most known FPS killer part of the map, the forest and rain.
The way this is able to play in 4k (sorta) is the frame scalling, this displays the game at 4k or any other resolution, but scales it down to a lower rate but still keeps the 4k look to it. so im running GTA V at 4K but the actual resolution is 2572 x 1447! this is obviouslly just right above 1440p, but runs at 60hz. as like me when i choose to run 1440p im locked at 30hz as i use HDMI 2.0b and not display port, so this is a much better choice for us HDMI users! Other then that. this is how its done :D enjoy the visuals.
HOW 2 DO IT:
You will need MSI afterburner, find it on google i dunno.
Use these exact OC settings: Core Clock (MHz) +145 & Memory Clock (MHz) +440.
These may or may not crash your game and cause a display error not responding, so i would just lower the core clock to 140, 135 and so on till its stable!
