Rajgira or Ramdana or cholai is very nutritious seeds .
Rajgira is reach source of
iron,proteins,amino acids and many more vitamins.
In India peoples generally eats rajgira recipes during fast or vrats.

easy recipe forhealthy rajgira flour
and jaggery laddus for vrat
Or you can enjoy it any time as it is very nutritious.

Ingredients:
For 15-16 laddus
. 2 cup fine rajgira flour
. 1 & 1/2 cup grated jaggery
. 1 & 1/4 cup pure ghee
. 1/2 cup grated dry coconut
. 1/2 cup crushed cashew nuts
and almond powder
. 1 tsp cardamom powder
Method :
. Roast grated dry coconut till turns
to light brown on low flame.
. Take rajgira flour in a pan ,add pure
ghee step by step as require in it .
. Saute rajgira flour contineously till
turns light brown on low flame.
. Then add crushed cashew nuts
and almond in it and saute for
3-4 minutes.
. Transfer this roasted mixture and
roasted coconut in big flat plate.
. Allow to cool this mixture completely
for 3-4 hours.
. Then add cardamom powder and
grated jaggery and mix it propely.
. Bind round shape laddus.
. Rajgira laddus are ready store it in
dry airtight container .
. Enjoy laddu for 10-12 days.
Tip:
. Always mix jaggery when mixture
gets completely cooled other wise
laddus becomes hard.
. These laddus are very healthy for
kids also.
