經過了疫情之後, 人們對身心靈整體的健康和平衡越來越重視, 身體不舒服, 除了看醫生吃藥, 也有人願意嘗試像是按摩, 靜坐, 瑜伽等等另類療法, 讓身心靈都更舒服一點, 其中有一種所謂的”芳香療法”, 現在越來越受關注, 聽說有些保險公司現在都接受芳香療法的花銷, 什麼是芳香療法? 哪些人適用? 我們今天就邀請加拿大芳香療法協會首位華裔理事黃珮菁, 和大家一起關注。
