I made this sabji your way and i must say I really liked the result very much. Sometimes i make it in pressure cooker but there is a chance of getting burnt at the bottom and if i do it in open pot then it takes so long but this procedure of boiling first made everything easy.

Guar phali is one of my favourite vegetables, as a child, i never used to like it but now things are different. This sabzi goes really well with roti or chapati. To be honest i like the inner seed more than the outer part :) :)
