1~2人份的年糕,在家自己輕鬆做!
材料
約6吋碗一個
烘焙紙一張
核桃,桂圓各約20g
黑糖 60g
80 ℃左右的熱水 100g
糯米粉 100g
微波爐 1800瓦特 (瓦特弱的微波爐要加長微波時間)
30秒不加蓋微波3次,每次微波完必須要攪拌均勻
最後一次加蓋微波1分鐘

用蒸籠必須大火蒸15~20分鐘。

@Jennifer-sr8vw 做麵包的應該是棗乾,不用去皮不用蒸熟,只要先泡米酒。

請問老師,用電鍋的話, 是先把所有材料攪拌均勻,然後醒麵一小時之後,外鍋一杯水蒸嗎? 😊

因為用的是黑糖,如果紅糖的話,顏色就不會太深。但真的很好吃喔

如果生的就必須烤熟。我用的是即食用的零食核桃,所以直接加即可。

用蒸爐蒸20分鐘就可以。或電鍋蒸,一杯水的時候。

Did you know that In Russia, microwave ovens were banned in 1976 because of their negative health consequences as many studies were conducted on their use. Shockingly The ban was then lifted after Perestroika in the early 90’s. From a food aspect Microwaved foods lose 60-90% of their nutritional value and is having 2.4ghz radiation applied to it which also accelerates the structural disintegration of food. It is well known it alters elemental food-substances, causing digestive disorders and alters the food chemistry which can lead to malfunctions in the lymphatic system and degeneration of the body’s ability to protect itself against cancerous growths. Microwaved foods lead to a higher percentage of cancerous cells in the bloodstream and this is why it’s paramount they shouldn’t be used for consumption of food.
