I just tried to make this and it Works perfectly!!! but the Water can't be 100*C else the gluten rice dough will get too sticky. to correct the mistake, I add a bit more gluten flour to correct the dough, then it gets even more fluffy than he shows on this show. Thanks for the recipe!! :)
That's because the Water you used might be too hot or maybe you took out the sweet potatoes, anyway, you just need to add a bit more gluten rice flour to correct the dough, then it won't be sticky. :)
Maybe it's just because you are doing it wrong?! I just made them way with the way he said, and Works perfectly. try Again, I can't get any sweet potatoes here but can imagine that if you made them with sweet potatoes or gluten rice flour won't taste exactly the same, those made from gluten rice flour gives a bit sweet flavor and taste a bit like "Mochi".
