Onions,Garlic,tomatoes dice them up then prep some Mayo in a bowl and add black pepper and garlic powder with your veggies that you’ve diced up spread it on both sides of the fish then wrap it up in foil put it over a BBQ grill cook for like 10 minutes each side🍒🇬🇺😋I like mine not too dry so I open it up just to make sure it’s nice and juicy😋Great video Che’lu👌🏼

That fish is like kala a reef fish the skin is like sand paper ,that fish is good for on the grill ,just clean the guts out and put it on the grill and when this is pau cook just peel the skin off ,eat and eat from the grill then turn over and peel the skin, to check if cook polk the fish with a fork ,oh and make cuts on the side of the fish.

20 years of scuba diving on guam and it's sad to see no fish conservation going on .. ive seen the fish population go down and soon very little fish / reef fish will inhabit our reef's .. great job not promoting conservation.. only a true guamanian would want to protect our natural resources . i hope you start promoting something positive. sad.

And what are you doing about it? If you watch some of his earlier vids you will see he is cleaning up trash that is left behind on the beaches back home. He isn’t promoting catching fish with nets destroying the population. You are literally acting like he’s promoting the illegal use of surround nets. This is a life cycle and life style. Fish get eaten by sharks for crying out loud. Cut the hate.
