What version of 2 Esdras are you using? Mine stops at verse 70 in Chapter 7.

Fascinating topic, as all of your topics are. I just cant help but wonder why an all-knowing God might want to rely on angels to report our behavior back to him...🤔 Surely He knows it all anyhow? But I like the idea of angels and spirits all around, I have also believed it all my life. The book of 2. Esdras has always been a favorite of mine, and I am very open to everything being as described - but at the same time I still also believe in the basic truth of Genesis 2, where we become living souls only by the breath of life breathed into our bodies of the dust of the earth...thus producing a living nephesh. I will never quite understand how a soul could wander about independently after the ruach leaves the body and returns to God, and the body is put in the ground and decomposes. But that is all part of the mystery of life I guess....

Regarding the angels reporting to an all-knowing Alahayam, there's a passage in Enoch where the angels are frustrated because they're seeing what the Watchers are doing and they feel completely out of the loop. They tell Alahayam that they know he already knows what's going on, and can he please let them in on it?

@nhadley80 Around time 48:30 in a reading of LOTJ, you read how when a woman conceives and the sperm receives a soul the 2 angels take her to where the soul can see from one end of the earth to the other…very interesting birth story. Then at around 1:08:13, you are reading how after Yashuah was “baptized” he was led into the wilderness and shown all the kingdoms of the world. Was this tied to what happens in a second birth of water and spirit??? Very similar situations. Thank you Noel, and May the Most High be blessed through your teachings.

Love the channel. Today I did have a question/comment about how the demons knew that Jesus was the Son of the Most High God in a Mark 5. If they knew, wouldn’t the devil had known during the tempting in the desert?

Yeshuah our king is the son of YA. YA sent his only begotten son. John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life Seems to me by calling Yeshuah god and worshipping him as such causes the first commandment to be broken. Exodus 20:3 - Thou shalt have no other gods before me Yeshuah himself refernced YA in heaven while he was here Just one of many examples. Mark 10:18 - And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. Yeshuah even prayed to YA referring to YA as his father Luke: 41-42 - And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. YA referred to Yeshuah as his son while YA was in heaven and Yeshuah was still on earth. Matthew 3:17 - And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. The lie that Yeshuah is YA is an old lie that believers used to be free from. In these last days it seems to be becoming widely accepted and causeth all to break the first commandment as soon as they allow themselves to be deceived by it. Please pray and wake up before it's too late. Time is definitely short.
